Good store has some things other places don't have.

I write to suggest you should go back to sell fish as in the past, fresh and on ice ! Fish wraped in plastic is not acceptable.I purchased a wrapped package of haddock last week in your store and was suspicious of the odor when I oppened it. After cooking it we were 4 days smelling bad fish i n our kitchen. I will never buy cello wrapped fish again. Dennis 443 7252

I like the bakery items most in this Superstore. They have wide wide range of dairy products available. There is one Starbucks inside this store which is opened very recently.

I was in your Bayers Lake, Halifax location on Sunday and I am super disappointed with this store. I have always been a Superstore shopper, in fact I live literally next-door to Sobey‘s and choose to go to Superstore, however this experience changed my mind.I got to the cash as I was instructed to do, the cashier rang my groceries through, I purchased a brand new bag for them to be packed in and he did not even lift a finger to help me pack the groceries. That in itself was a little disappointing but what was most disappointing was that instead of waiting until I got my stuff at least off of the belt, Or even putting a barrier between my groceries and the next persons, he had somebody else at the cash and was already ringing that person through and mixing their groceries with my groceries to the point where I had to ask the other customer if some of my groceries were mixed in. This is not OK. And Covid is not an excuse to not provide at least mediocre customer service. I understand that they weren’t packing sometimes during Covid and while the restrictions were there however my understanding is that the packing only happened when you purchased a new bag which is why I purchase a new bag every single time I come because it makes things quicker for them to be able to ring through the groceries and get the next customer.First and foremost you are in the customer service industry and this was horrible customer service. This cashier was less than enthusiastic and not at all helpful. If my staff treated one of my patients like this at my clinic we would be having a very serious conversation. Not impressed at all.

This store is huge. Always super clean everywhere, even the bathrooms. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there are usually staff throughout the store if you need someone to help you. This in itself says a lot. You can literally buy almost anything you need at this store. It is a one stop shop. Hardware and tools might be the only things, and I think if you look around, you might even find some of those, lol.

Today I went to the meat department , I wanted some Meat but didn't know what was on sale. I went to go ask the meat department and was met by one of the meat workers i recall his name tag was Peter, He was very rude and even swore at me when i approached him. I will be contacting the manager because this behaviour is unacceptable, all because i asked him a simple question. I WILL NOT be doing business with superstore until they can properly discipline there employees.

I like the store. But not the prices. Something got to give. I think we need to start to boycott these store again.the 5 stars are for the people who work there .

This location has gotten a renovation over the last few months and has great signage pointing to what products are available, especially at the entrance of the store. There is also a Starbucks right at the entrance for your coffee needs. You can sometimes find products on individual carts near the check out marking price cuts as well as on the shelf near the eggs/milk. Customer service is scarce other than those employees filling the shelves or at check out. This store location also has a Joe Fresh, if you intend to buy clothes with your groceries.

I bought a box of presidents choice mild and Crunchy chicken wings, when I got them home I opened the box to find the plastic bag containing the wings was open , in the bottom of the box I found a number of wings which looked as though they had been eaten, I would assume this took place when the wings were packaged and before they were frozen. In disgust and travelling a reasonable distance I took them back to the store within to 2 hours of purchasing them.To the customer service representative who processed the return it was just another day, no issue or apology.I like many others will only shop at a superstore when I have no other alternative.

I recently came in to this location and was rudely greeted by a cashier nick, he barely said a word, his attention was on this girl the whole time, he had terrible manners and he kept looking down at his phone
