Produce supply was good, not many empty slots. Chicken bogo was great -- and the chicken was really good quality. Store is always clean, great deli staff. But the rest of the store has no circulating staff, products and entire lines of products get moved within the extensive drugstore and health part of the store and some personal hygiene items are frequently moved without any change to aisle assignmet. Great big clean store with lots of parking and easy access. I just wish Superstores everywhere would pay more attention to providing correct aisle information and more detailed descriptors.

Service degradation lately (products, service, infrastructure). Going downhill.I don't mean the employees as almost all of them are doing a good job. It is rather things where Superstore is cutting back service covertly. Little things, step by step, most customer don't even realize it, but it is a service degradation. These things will never come back or will be re-introduced with a price tag.In addition, with the new gates installed, they seem to consider everyone to be a criminal. If you have these gates, at least make them wider and open them faster. Just install a sensor 1-2 metres before the swing door.Surely this applies not only to this Superstore. I observe service degradation everywhere. Unfortunately for Superstore, based on last experience, it was the final straw. Hence this review.

Everyone I've ever spoken to confirms they treat their staff like trash and throw them out when they're "used up". They have one visible security monitor, which they put in the baby products aisle, which should tell you what they think about basic business ethics. Price, quality, and stock are like throwing a dart at a board blindfolded, even by covid-supply-chain standards.

I truthfully don't know if this is solely this Superstore or the state of our economy... but this superstore feels poorly managed. The meats section always sells meat on its best before date without even giving it a markdown, where as the superstore I grew up shopping from would always 50% reduce price to sell the day BEFORE the best before date. I'm sorry but I refuse to pay full price for meat that smells like its starting to rot.As a side note, their Cosmetics section was in an abysmal state for the last year, as if not a single employee walked through it. Almost all of the shelves were empty and it was an absolute mess. The last few times I have shopped they has that section closed off, so hopefully some renovations are in order.

Terrible experience! I arrived at store at 9:05pm on Sunday. I understand the store is closed at 9pm. So I asked one girl staff that I just want to buy cat’s food. I will be very quick, can I go shopping just for 2mins? I cannot believe the girl told me right away “No! We don’t have cat’s food and we don’t sell any pet’s food in this store!” And the tone is very very rude. Really? I won’t believe this big grocery store has no pet’s food. If you don’t allow me to buy because of closing. I totally understand and I even won’t bother. But please don’t lie! I am not 3 years old. Please pay attention to your hiring process. This is not customer service. This is not right. Please hire helpful employees not those people who is mocking at customers.

Outstanding customer service by a produce employee named Fabian. Went out of his way to rectify an issue regarding fresh produce. Excellent work y'all.

Good in a pinch, their produce is always super fresh, but it comes at a price. Best to go for sales only.

Best natural food selection on Joe Howe! Have the products I need to buy!

Maybe the worst Super-store I’ve ever visited. Not a huge fan of big stores anyway but this one clearly caters to the south end single/student population. No housewares or Joe Fresh. There’s a Starbucks (really? I mean why?)Seems like weird layout and too much snack food. The cashiers don’t pack my groceries.Just stressful and unpleasant al round for some reason. Been here a few times and don’t ever enjoy it.The mobile store staff are friendly and helpful.I’m looking for another store - even if it means driving farther out of my way - just a generally al round unpleasant shopping experience here.

The store is great, and the recent refresh had cleaned the store up nicely. The downfall is the type of customers it attracts, and their mannerisms and no respect for the retailer. Observing them dumping fresh meats and produce on the store shelves when they realize they can't afford it, and to many eyes are on them to prevent them from stealing it. Too bad those kind of people detract from the shopping experience. Meanwhile on the way out, they are in the public area bumming money for supposed bus money they lost in the store... Yeah right.
