My Original Review was about chewy/burnt Donairs. Doesn't seem to be a huge issue anymore, but it was for a while.Good slices and pizza, their crust is a good take on the classic pizza place pizza. Good mozzarella, and they never skimp on the toppings.It's a great go to Pizza place.
The best pizza in Halifax by far. Great staff. The prices are fantastic. The highly rated restaurants in this town are subpar, and some of the lower rated ones are hidden gems.
Really had an amazing experience, Brilliant food and staff . Indeed good Quality of Products used. I had Shwarma pizza , It was amazinggggg. Best place to dine in with friends and have fun drinking . ✌?You guys Rock .
man, I think if if they simply added salt to their wings it be two star.Their garlic fingers' are burntpizza well that's approved but I can't.as a loyal customer over two to three years just avoid this place.
<3 Alexandra's. In the... 2000s-ish, I was a bachelor for a year, and I lived entirely on their "Mediterranean" (that is, Greek) pizza. I would order a large just before leaving work, pick it up (at Queen Street) have... several slices for supper, more for breakfast, and take the remainder to work for lunch with a Diet Coke. Every day. For a year. It is delicious and I never got tired of it, I still order it from them when I can.
Every time I order off of their website instead of skip the dishes I end up waiting three hours for my pizza. One time the delivery guy tried to tell me "the printer was broken" so they just didn't receive me order. I appreciate his attempt to save face, but unless that has happened four times I just don't believe it. I'm not exaggeration on the three hour thing, I tried to order lunch once and I never got it because I had to go pick my kid up from school at 3
Ordered donair poutine from them through UberEats, but it doesn't come with donair sauce. Asked them to put on donair sauce and they charged me 4$ extra, which is usually free when you ask in store. When I asked if they could cancel, they asked me to do it through UberEats. I was hungry and thought of just paying for it, so I didn't cancel. However when the driver got there, they hadn't prepared the food because I asked about cancellation.
Ordered at 5:30 for a 7:00 delivery, and it was still 35 minutes late. If it wasn’t good pizza it would’ve been 1 star. Next time order on Skip or Uber, they never late
I ordered originally from the Highfield park store {on line} & paid for it online. I then got a call to say that I was not in their delivery Zone. They said they could not refund my money, I would have to come to the store to get a refund & they could not transfer the order to the correct store. {Woodside} We are new to the area. I then placed my order with Woodside store. When it was delivered I told the driver what had happened he said they could have fixed it & he took the info .Within an hour I had a refund. I am happy Woodside is the store I deal with & not Highland Park. I had already tipped the driver & wanted to give him more but he refused.
