Food portion was okay but the quality was horrible. Customer service was nonexistent. The man working on my order was paying no attention to what he was doing. I asked for no garlic on my chicken shawarma plate, so he immediately puts a load of garlic on the chicken. I've worked in fast food before, so I know it was an honest mistake. He offered to replace the chicken which I agreed, so he rolls his eyes and is visibly frustrated with me after he offered to fix his mistake. After I paid he forgot to hand me a fork and napkin as they're on the other side of the counter. I could not get his attention and had to wait for him to make someone else's order. After sitting down I realized the chicken looked like and tasted like rubber. Will not eat here again.
I just went to MicMac location, one of the employee was in so much rush because he wanted to eat the wrap he was making for himself. Totally destroyed my whole meal. I would never go there..I didn’t return the food but told him that It was bad and he was rushing..he showed me thumbs up and not even tried to ask what was wrong.Very bad impact he left on me.
The worst schwarma I have ever had. The meat was so dry it crunched when I ate it and the rice had so much spice in it. Went right to the garbage
Yuck. Had the swarnma poutine and my son had the wrap. Mine was inedible. Think the fries were from KFC next door and not fresh at all. The chicken was tasteless and dry. My sons wrapper was grilled to his wrap so it had paper stuck to it and also had bad ingredients.
Worst service - short female - refused to sell the chicken shawarma - said it was for delivery orders only.So?? Not for paying customers at the counter??Epic fail.
Ive order here twice, once from skip the dishes and once from door dash. I waited over 20 min for them to confirm my order before I just cancelled. this happened twice. food is good but NEVER order delivery. You will just be wasting your time. This also happened to my roommate three times with them.
Was given tabouleh salad full full of sand/dirt. No one at the restaurant will answer the phone. Skip the dishes will not give me a full refund. Completely unsatisfied.
The worth please in the moll. Don't go. Close before the time, after 20 minutes of waiting time the say they say no more orders. NEVER will come to here again.Update. Get the answer from the company to contact them, contacted, but never get answer again. Seems that management is not care about that.
Been there about a week ago. After 30 minutes in a line get notified that will be not serviced and they are closing. No one not cared to notify in a line, other people were catching the line and waiting to get food for nothing. Wrote to management, but as well not get any answer. NOT RECOMMENDED et al!!!!
I didn’t go here for years, as I usually went to another place in the food court, but my friend suggested here and I’m hooked! I like meat as much as the next guy, but have never had it here - the non-meat options are that good! It seems a little pricey, but the amount of food that you get makes it a good value. If you can pull yourself away from the burgers and Chinese give it a try.
