This Tim's used to be very good; the staff was engaging and nice - but this store has gradually declined. They got my last 5 orders wrong and I only order a hot chocolate LOL they've given me everything but my order. Will not return.
Not Good at all. This store messed my order now the 4th time. Its the nearest one to my workplace. Not only me all of my colleges have numerous complaints with their order too EVERYTIME. We would really appreciate if someone can really look over these bad reviews and do something to improve the service.
They didnt take my order, they stared at me multiple times and as soon as I walked away in frustration they immediately tended to the person beside me. The drinks aren't made that good either all the time

Every single day I come there, something is always messed up or wrong. For weeks upon weeks they were handing me broken leaking iced cappuccino cups, and Now they are serving the most disgusting iced cappuccino I've ever tasted in my life. I can tell you my business will be taken elsewhere as well as all my coworkers. We be going to the dartmouth crossing one from now on. No wonder you guys ha e a 3.6 star rating. This

Lady at the counter couldn’t figure out how to ring up my in app coupon and over charged me, I even asked how does a 4$ coupon plus a 1$ donut =9$ even with the tax? It made no sense and even the lady couldn’t tell me because she could barely speak English and I couldn’t even communicate with her over all the noise too
My coffee orders have been consistently wrong. They add sugar even though I don't order it.

Everyone one at this location is very friendly, except one girl working over there. I was looking to order something for my breakfast and even it was not busy at that time, she was not willing to help at all, just kept repeating ‘ANYTHING ELSE’ and was not letting me finish as well. Minus two stars for her, as she really need some customer service skills.
