I go to my Tim Hortons everyday. I go through the drive-thru usually and get the same thing everyday. The staff knows me so well that the minute I start my order they've got it up on the screen before I have it finished. All the staff are super friendly and work very hard to keep their customers happy.
Slowest tim hortons ever!!! Everyone was super slow. Not much drive thru orders, not even in store. Took forever to make a wrap and bowl.
Service was quick and accurate. My breakfast sandwich and cold brew were well made. Seems to be one of the better locations in the city.
Some of the staff are really nice and some are super rude, this ruins the whole place!!!! Don't get mad at the customer because you didn't read the order correctly even after it being verified on the screen.
Very bad service, I would rate 0 star if google allows me to do so. I ordered 3 iced capp, all 3 of them were made very messy. 1 of the cups even broken and it’s leaking. So bad, staff there are not nice too. So disappointed
It was busy and my some and I stood first and only in the line for about 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence. Another two minutes later someone took our order. Their pin pad didn't work properly luckily I had cash. The pin pad issue isn't exclusive to this location, of all the Tim's I've been too in the last few years most have non functional buttons.
Take out the fact that over the last few years their customer service level has dramatically plummeted, its still a quick place for a decent donut and mediocre coffee
I really enjoy the Turkey, bacon Club for lunch. Some Tim Hortons have friendlier staff than others.
I order from app bagel with cream cheese. They put on just 1 side and when I tried to contact the staff, they said "I have to call them and ask to put cream cheese on both side".
Good customer etiquette however in the two times I have been there is past week they got my order wrong but made it right promptly.
