Visited Tims in Highfield. The staff are very slow. The last time i was there only one person working. Took more than 20 minutes to go through. There was I think 3 cars in front of me. She was doing her best as she had the drive through and counter traffic to deal with. So this time it was moving slow again. I thought it must be staffed by one person . In fact there were at least 4 people working. I may go elsewhere next time. Usually Tims is a place you can get something quick to eat and in no time your on your way. I tried their strawberry smoothie could not drink it. Presentation wise the added red topping looked like blood on top. The drink was super sweet. Took 2 sips and the next garbage can I saw in it went. Not something I will ever buy again.
This is not one of my preferred locations in the city. Due to their poor wages, they are unable to attract any staff that actually care or provide good customer service. Staff can be quite rude depending on who you get. They can't even be bothered to properly scan in the rewards card half the time. At least the service was fast and my drink was made right.This is also not the cleanest location either. There was literally an already chewed tobacco packet stuck on the drive through menu as if someone spit at it.
The workers are often switching out, meaning there's quite a bit of newbies so some slip ups may happen- but they are quick to fix most errors made! Can be a bit busy from 12 - 5, but it's not overly loud. Overall, just a nicely located Tim's.
Stopped there to order a medium cold brew with milk and sweetener. When I got it there was no sweetener in it and it was very bitter and looked like no milk was in it either because it was very dark. I ended up throwing it out!! Worst coldbrew I have ever had and won't be ordering.from there again!!
Great selection of items but it is the ONLY time Hortons open past 8pm....absolutely ludicrous
They mess up or make disgusting coffee at least every third visit. Horrible
Turkey bacon sandwich was delicious and Boston cream donut was fresh and very good. I don't drink coffee but Tim Hortons has so many other options I can always find something good to eat and drink. Excellent spot for a quick lunch or snack.
Probably the worst Tim's in the province, constant issues with orders, staff have a "can't be bothered" attitude. Better off driving another 5 minutes down the road to any of the other locations.
The staff were really nice, they stopped a fire and saved my baby from a crackhead in the parking lot, and kissed my hand when I bought a coffee.
Me and my friend went for Dine-in and notice the racist in store. The manager put a lot of pressure on India girls rather then native people. Never ever recommend for job. Owner should have to take some steps regarding this issue.
