I order tea and they gave me dark roastI came back 3km to get What i ordered and the girl still asking for wrong oneSurprisingly she again gave the wrong one like little warm tap water ???i just felt like I'm gona vomit.They should trained employees first rather than wasting people time and money

Went through drive through today and person taking orders was rude and also messed up my order. They never seem happy to take food orders at this location. You ask for no tomato you get tomato. Sandwich is just a saucy gross mess slapped together without care. Ask for chicken noodle and they don't have it... They offer chilli and it's super watered down, maybe 5 beans in there... Hot chocolate is just hot water, forgot the chocolate...In all these years Tim Hortons still has not figured out how to toast bread... Who wants to eat cream cheese on a "heated" bagel. Also watch out if you don't know the Tim's lingo here, I was asked what size hot chocolate I want and replied regular... Apparently this is the wrong answer and offensive to Tim's as they only offer small, medium & large.Terrible...
Worst coffee ever...had to throw it out. It was not drinkable and the color was 'off'.Grossed out.
