We asked for an ice caramel macchiato made with oat milk and we got an iced mocha latte made with chocolate milk… birthday timbits have a-lot of sprinkles on them
The worst Tim Hortons service I've seen to date!I pre-ordered in the app before walking into this this location to pick up my simple coffeeorder. While I stood there waiting where I thought would be the mobile order pick up area (the sign was nit anywhere to be seen until later when I noticed it face down on the counter ), I watched as about half of the staff stood around chatting with each other and eventually daring one another to drink this yellow liquid that was in 3 jugs and a cup on the counter behind them. I think this may have been the lemon ice cap liquid before it goes into the machine. Eventually one of the girls drank a bit and they all had a good little laugh while there were 3 other people now waiting in line to be served. One guy came out from the back room and began serving customers in line while the 4 girls continued their chatting.At this point I had been waiting about 10 minutes and after the guy finished serving the 3 customers, I asked about my mobile order at which point he finally checked the computer to see my order. One of the girls got my order ready at this point. Finally.Yo be fair the 3bor 4 people working the drive through seemed to be focused and on task with the occasional distractions from the previously mentioned group!
Incredibly poor service and a common occurrence at this location! If your employees are working drive-thru, please ensure they treat your customers with respect! Using please and thank you are basic mannerisms. They are ignorant, rude and angry! If they don't like their job....quit!!
Wife was really happy that they still had the candy cane hot chocolate

Love this location, but I was here recently and I needed gift cards for holliday gifts, the staff got a manager to help, her name was rashpinder and she was extremely rude, just because i had multiple payment methods and i was taking too long , she got aggresive with us and because of the low understanding of english she had; when speaking with my elderly dad.
Their morning crew is always great, pleasant. This afternoon or mid day staff need to learn manners and stop asking "is that IT" after everything you order. Just came from there and got my order incorrect which happen pretty often. Drive thru at lunch and mid afternoon is supper slow. One of the worse Tim hortons around.
Worst experience i order Chai Tea with Milk and 3 sugars but what i get just hot water 3 sugar in it and one pack of chai tea seriously. Never ever will go back and 0 stars
I've been going to this location since 2012. It has always been the best around. Coffee always tasted fresh and consistently good. Now I am struggling to get through their coffee. It has a terrible taste for the last 6 months and today I'm packing it in and finding an alternative. Morning coffee is too enjoyable to be wasted on dirt water.
Only issue was I did not get a RollUp The Rim chance and I spent around $15.
