I hate leaving bad reviews but wasn't able to find any way to contact this location directly. Ordered an $8 mango salad today for lunch, the tiny container of iceberg lettuce and onion was topped with about 6 slices such underripe mango you honestly count tell what it was. It came with no dressing (despite the description on the board) so I went up to the counter to ask for some and was told to help myself to some fish sauce from the free condiment dispencer. I don't expect much from a fast food chain Thai place but this was so much less.
I've ordered from other Thai Express restaurants and they were good. I got food from this location via Skip and it was awful. The pad thai was dry, had hardly any vegetables (1 piece of broccoli, some carrot slices and a few sprouts). I ordered spicy but instead got completely bland. Horrible. Can't rate this low enough.
Will never be going back to this place found a house fly cooked in my food! Absolutely disgusting

Just had lunch at Thai Express. My husband had the mango chicken bowl which was very good. I had the boc boc box which is smaller bite sized pieces of coated chicken. They were barely warm. I went back to the till after tasting one and the response was a shrug then he said well it will take more than 10 minutes to get more. They were edible but not enjoyable. Very disappointing as we have been here many times.
Used to be 4 stars, but now their prices are slowly creeping up. I keep an eye on such things and now I only go here on occasion. Still, for the money, it's good food.

We had done order through UberEats for pickup and we went to store at the pick up time given , they where not ready than and even after several questions they gave us after almost 40 minutes of pick up time & this happened second twice that’s why here I’m giving review to this store !
They have C19 countermeasures in place. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. Top part of the dartmouth crossing park. Go there. Eat there. Just great.
