It seems every time I go there either debit is down or out of tomatoes always out of something today it was out of forks, straws and nacho cheese so I didn't order
The food is fine, but the orders take a while and you'll have to remind the staff about things your missing- took them 10 minutes for me to get my two drinks when they weren't busy. Don't go if it's busy, it will take way too long.
Got an order via Uber eats and all the special instructions were followed. So happy! Veggie Taco Bell ftw
When ordering things the staff is ignorant, I asked what was on a supreme taco and they treat it like it’s a chore to explain it. Then you ask to order it and they say “you mean a number (1,2,3etc)” in the most condescending way. The only reason I came this far from the valley was the good tacos but I just saw a video on Tiktok of a rat walking on top of the awning of the store. Never eating there again. Rats hanging around yuck.
My girlfriend and I went on a date day at the mall on Friday and we decided to go here to grab a bite to eat for lunch. So, we ordered and asked for Tacos with just cheese, and everything went fine and the receipt had "Kitchen Message" on it. Anyways, we got our tacos and when we opened them they were made wrong by accident, so I went up and explained the situation and one of the male workers went above and beyond and said he'd make us fresh tacos (which I thought he'd just slap them together with the remaining meat / cheese) but no, took about 10-15 minutes and he gave me a bag of them and he told us to enjoy. I take it to our table and sit down with my girlfriend, and when we take it out of the bag we had to set them down fast because they were very hot. He kept his word, he made fresh taco meet and got us fresh soft shells. This is a really good Taco Bell and they don't hesitate to go above and beyond if you need anything.
As mentioned on here a few times, if there is anyone else in line don't waste your time. They take so incredibly long every time I go there. I wish my GF didn't love taco bell and ask for it so often. The service is nice, just takes 20-25 minutes. The food is also really lacking.
Took my daughter here a few weeks ago because she wanted 2 tacos. It was 1 hour before they were about to close and staff were only concerned with getting their closing duties done. They ignored people waiting to place an order at the counter so long that people gave up and left. I waited 15 mins for 2 tacos and there was only myself and 1 other person who had placed orders at this time. The taco was only luke warn when it finally arrived. Not my first horrible experience at this location. There won't be another.
It was as good as I remember them. Taco with hot sauce were delicious
Ordered through UberEats on several different occasions.They almost always forget the sauce packets for the meals. They almost always forget quacamole aswell.Have had several drinks come with either no ice, or a literal singular piece of ice. Including many times where the haven't even provided napkins, wrapped items properly, etc .UE customer support is notoriously difficult, sure, but this taco bell seems really forgetful. really dissapointed that me, my friends, and my viewers have had to witness this.Highly likely that I won't be returning.
