A woman with no name tag on tells me that combos I get for take out here don't come with a drink even though I see one on the board in the picture with the food..... lol, good help is hard to find I guess. 2 stars for lacking professionalism and poor customer service.Why even call it a combo..... she just gonna take home two drinks later cause I already paid for em...
Worst experience in a drive thru ever. When on my break from work with only one car ahead of me, I decided to go through. They were extremely rude and told me a poutine would cost 17$ But yet the price only was only 9$. Overall I wasted my whole break, and money since I waiting for 24 minutes, didn’t even get what I ordered and food was cold.
We waited an hour and 10 for our meals on fathers day. Mine and my sisters mashed potatoes were stale. Food was mediocre. Waitresses were lovely
The absolute worst. We placed an order for delivery. It arrived 30 minutes late and then part of the order was missing. The call centre told us they didn’t even have an order for. Us and said they couldn’t confirm we had placed a order even though we had a confirmation number.Got through finally to the restaurant and told them the food was unacceptable, we had to reheat everything and all they did was send out the missing items
If you want to wait 45 minutes at the Harvey's window to get Swiss Chalet order this is the place for you having people come in after you and pick up the orders while you're still waiting great customer service guys I bet you the one in Burnside is a lot faster which where I'll be going next time
Very disappointed in the service and management of the place. Offering nothing to resolve an issue. Saying you are sorry without offering resolve is not very convincing. Will never go back.Thank you for your response, I will update my review. The supervisor was not professional, this could have been fixed without this review. Nevertheless appropriate actions were taken by the management and I am changing my review. Thank you
Order took an hour and a half to arrive.Food was cold , drinks were hot.One of the meals didn’t even show up.I called to get the missing order out asap, that took almost an hour.That’s the last time I order from here.The Staff couldn’t care less, especially the delivery driver
I don't know why I still have hope they will get the order right. tried online order tonight and after 20 minutes they could not find it so made up a new one from scratch. got home and it's missing 3 sides. and forget about ordering gravy. nuts
Had to repeat my order 3 times. Customer service was alright. Waited 15 minutes in line up as 3 people in line got their orders first. The meal was good. Better off not going in to order. I will never do that again
Very bad service, nobody taking care of customer. Even I’m here for skip the dishes order and nobody come to me since 15 minutes, when they came after 15 min. They said it’ll take time, still it’s not ready waiting about 20-25 minutes for the order.
