My son purchased what was supposed to be a 6” sub from Portland Street outlet . 4 inches long with very little on it. Waste of time and money.
Arrived during lunchtime and only 1 person making sandwiches and there was a gentlemen there basically working the cash only. Took longer then it should have. Sandwich was great though. Restaurant was Clean
Very friendly staff.Neat and clean dining area.
Not sure if they just had a rush but when I went they had several things missing from the sandwich bar and had to go out back to get them. Service was ok but not to the standard I've seen at other locations. I've only gone here once so perhaps I simply caught them at a bad time.

I used to manage a subway location in Halifax for a year and a half, and I quit about 7months ago. Haven’t been able to eat subway since, every sub I’ve gotten had been poorly made or the ingredients and bread haven’t been fresh. But this time was different, I wish I had gotten the receipt to take their survey. My sub was made perfectly, it wasn’t messy at all. And the lady making my sub made sure I had the freshest bread. She picked up one piece and it wasn’t good enough so she choose a different piece of bread to make my sub on. I am very impressed by this visit
