Disgusting!this place is absolutely FILTHY and stinks the staff are rude as well.they are serving people buns that have the ends cut off and then making fun of people in Indian so u don't understand what they are saying if you dare ask for the whole sub bun.what is this?!in all my years of eating subway i have never got a sub with the ends cut off.the place NEVER gets cleaned and its cross contamination city.this location went downhill in the last few years to the point where no one i know will even eat here anymore.people avoid this gross location.
The place was a mess, smelled bad. When I asked for specific things on my sub the guy working didn’t listen at all and had his AirPods in (super unprofessional). Buddy acted as if he didn’t wanna be there at all. Will not go back.
Wanted me to buy a sandwich and watch him make it before they'd give me the key to the bathroom. Y'all ever see the lady that got denied the bathroom at tims and took a dump on the floor? Yeah, pretty close.I went to the gas station. I woulda bought something if you woulda let me use the bathroom. Thanks for nothin', hope someone takes a leak on your floor sometime.
Absolutely horrendous service. Went in and no one else was there. The girl at the counter ignored us and kept putting cheese on bread on trays and putting them in the oven and taking out another. Repeat. 4 trays later I ask “can you please take our order and maybe finish that later?” She still hasn’t acknowledged us or made eye contact and says “no, I have to finish this”. So we walked out and won’t be returning.
Avoid this location at all cost. Made an order online for curbside pick up waited an extra 15 minutes after they said it was ready went inside and the employee told me they decided not to make it because they ran out of one of the ingredients that was on my request order. Not only did they not say anything they rushed to make a garbage sandwich for me which had no toppings and drowned it in sauce. I eat subway weekly and this is the most disappointing event ever from them.
It’s subway, so obviously you aren’t expecting something “good.” I like subway because as far as fast food goes, it’s at least not completely processed garbage, and when you need something in the go it works. I ordered my regular, which isn’t anything too special, and the “sandwich artist” was kind and gave good service when making the sandwich (hence 3 stars vs. A deserved 1). The result though was so disappointing. My sandwich was rolled so light and placed into the wrap so poorly that everything fell out before I could even open it and the whole sandwich was coated in sauce making it difficult to handle. I had to put each piece of filling back into the sandwich and it was messy work. I know it’s just bad chain restaurant food, but it was a really bad experience, and the 3rd time this has happened to me at this specific location. You’re better off driving a bit farther for a better sandwich.
I recommend not going unless you want a 20$sub... after working all day I was hungry so I got a tuna sub there was more bread then tuna so I ask for more and he said that will be extra... very stingy ...go to the one on Glendale in sackville best one next to irving
Sorry but the employees are not supposed to having their supper at 5 when the busiest and also sweeping the floor another time at about 5 when a busy time for customers. The employees make you feel like you inconvenienced them. Service was poor .Went again a week later the bread was well done crunchy the ham sub had no ham on the of sub These employees need training The franchise owner should shut down
Went to this location today at 6pm to grab 2 subs for takeout. The one staff member took over 10 minutes to make one sub. The second staff member working decided to do skip the dishes orders rather then serve the customers waiting in line. The guy that did our orders took forever and was light on the toppings. The girl that made the other sub put a ton of sauces on. Train your staff… make your customers feel welcomed… don’t freaking take 10 minutes to make a sub when the restaurant isn’t busy.
Went to the shop this morning at 9am was was told they cant make me a sandwich because they got no bread. Told me to wait 30 minutes. You open at 9am not 930 never again would I recommend going to this location
