staff is so rude worst customer service
Worst service ever!! I walked out!! I was the only customer in there and 2 little girls working there looked at me like I had 3 heads...and didn't even serve me!! Worst service, pathetic actually.
Ordered gluten free roll, it was so stale it crumbled into pieces, not edible, threw it in the garbage.
Really appreciate the extra attention at this Subway, they have enough people to cover the drive thru and the front counter. Their safety policy for eating in the restaurant is posted and followed.

The Bancroft Subway is amazing. The Staff are always so friendly and they really know how to make a sub, even when there are tons of vegetables on it.
The food was fine but the person working had a terrible attitude. She very obviously did not want to be there. I don't know if it's because of pay, how management treats them, or some other reason, but every bit of them was screaming "you're lucky I'm even here" as loudly as possible without actually saying it. Had to repeat parts of my order more than once. Put in the least possible amount of effort possible. I will not be returning to this location.
Was there at 8:45 and the lady told me that they r closed. It says on google that they close at 9. I told her that they close at 9 and she said ‘’yes, but we are closed now”. Just not professional.
