Delicious . I had the keto works pizza and garlic fingers . Nice amount of toppings and tasty . There was no option to eat inside so we had to take it to go .
Wow. What I LOVED about the lunch time slice? Loaded with pepperoni. Sauced well and fresh tasting. Surprisingly filling! Not like other slices. What I didn’t like? Gone waaaay too fast. Guess I’ll just have to go back. And served by one of the dynamic duo. Always great to see the owners in the trenches bustin it as a small business. Highly recommend, the chicken wing pizza is also a GEM! Thanks guys!
Had a 3 topping pizza. The toppings and sauce were good. The crust was tough, chewy and tasteless. I would not order from here again, very disappointed.
Was really looking forward to trying Stone Pizza and ended up disappointed. While the toppings were plentiful for the most part, the crust is bland, the sauce barely there and just tasted mid. Donair pizza was awful; had one piece and threw the rest away. The Meats was okay but the pepperoni was over smoked so overpowered everything else. Garlic fingers had hardly any garlic. Won’t be on my list to try again.
The service was very poor. The price was almost $40 for a large vegan pizza with extra toppings (the quantities were pathetic). The taste was slightly above average. 100% not worth the money.
So....have tried Stone pizza about 5 or 6 times now. Today we did a selection of 5 ,8" pizzas. Our favorite is the Greek .....hands down ,all time. Let me tell you about their Greek pizza...either the 8" or 12" there is not a spot on top of this pizza that isnt covered with fresh peppers,onion baby tomato halves and quartered Kalamata olives and don't forget the Feta cheese . Of course you can make changes but why? Really it is such an awesome pizza. Now, the others we trialed today are as follows.... Dill Pickle...no do not turn up your nose. I was sceptical at first but finally gave in and tried it and I am so glad I did. I have to say I think it beats deep fried pickles, yes I just said that .The pickles are not overpowering at all nice and mild in fact, olive oil ,mozza,dill spice thin sliced Dills. Go on give it a try. Thai Sweet Chili Chicken , good pizza. Solid for flavor and has a sweet spicy kick on the backend. Chicken is sliced thin as are the veggies so it's not rubbery at all. Waterfront Works!! Fully loaded with meat and veggies. Very tasty. I do find the hand cut pepperoni a little zippy with spice but on this one the rest of the toppings temper the heat nicely. Donald; it's good! Again a little Spivey but the pizza is great and sauce is yummy. All of the pizzas we have gotten have been very consistent (which is a big deal for us) nothing worse then getting it perfect once and then getting it half assed the next time. The price ranges from $10-$18 for your straight ordered pizza off the menu, of course if you add or make changes the cost evolves. If you haven't tried Stone Pizza yet do yourself a favor, go....you won't regret it!
Could be a top pizza in the city of their crust lived up to their toppings.The ingredients/toppings were VERY good, and you can easily tell that they use quality ingredients, but the crust unfortunately held it back. It was hard, dry, and deflated; no airiness or chew to the crust at all. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be, maybe it was a bad night, or it's better to eat it there, but I don't think a 20 minute car ride home should turn a pizza into a 13" round of gypsum board covered in toppings.Don't think I'll give it another shot, but if I do I'll update.
Had supper at Stones Pizza tonight, pizza was good and cider was chilled! What more could you ask for??
I've eaten pizza from Stone's numerous times & they make amazing pizzas every time. Try the Chicken Wing, Spinach & Artichoke, or classic Pep & Cheese. They're all delicious!
