I love ordering from these guys. Convenient as hell online. Allowing me to select a delivery window, which is RARELY missed, and still arriving almost too bloody hot to eat (that's a good thing). It's become a Friday ritual. I'm starting to think the gang there might worry about me on the rare occasions I don't place an order.Oh yeah...almost forgot. It's @#$% delicious too.
We bought Donairs, the donair was not only cold had a long strain of hair in the donair, we called to let them know right away. They advised to come back and get a new one, but when we got there Ronnie(the owner) started attacking my senior mother walked the moment we walked inside. I explained to him that there was hair in the food, he told me that I was lying and that he will not be giving us another or our money back. He stated if you can find the hair I will give you the donair and your money back. I opened the donair and showed him the hair. He picked it up and then rushed to put it in the garbage. I said can I have my money back now. He said no because that wasn’t hair. I tried to take a photo but he rushed to throw it away. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Save your money
We have been ordering from Ronnie's for a couple of years now. Great food, reasonable prices friendly staff on the phone and great delivery staff.
Ordered at Ronnie's last night because it's close to my house and we had not tried it yet. My wife is really particular (pregnant) about Garlic Fingers and Chicken wings, so that's what we ordered. We ordered online, and were quoted a 60 minute wait. I thought "Oh well, they must be pretty busy" We decided to wait, as we were interested in trying the place out. Ultimately it took an hour and a half from the time of our order, I don't know what the normal time frame for Ronnie's is, but that's crazy!When the food arrived, it was still warm. The Wings were excellent, places rarely seem to get "medium hot" correct. The Garlic fingers were also excellent, and other than the crazy delivery times we were satisfied. My Recommendation: Order WAY in advance.
I called to inform Ronnie's that the donair platter I had ordered had hairs in it in which I couldn't even finish. The guy I spoke to on the phone didn't really aknowledge my complaint or address the issue. He told me to deal with it through skip the dishes. I tried explaining that it's an issue with the food that was prepared itself but he didn't seem to understand. My goal was not to get a refund it was to have the issue addressed. Anyways I really like Ronnie's but I was not satisfied with the customer service. I don't think I will be ordering from them again as it was not handled properly & I felt the staff did not care about what I had to say.
I had a big order, and I ended up not seeing the calls until ten minutes later, by the time I had called back the driver was on his way back to the shop…. But the driver and man on the phone were kind enough to bring my order back! The workers are kind and seem very approachable:) my family and I are enjoying our pizzas and donars so much!!! 10/10 definitely going to order again, YUMMY AND AFORDABLE!!!
the food itself was good, however I think hair nets need to be worn as I found many long hairs in my platter. the customer service was terrible and my issue was not addressed properly. I felt the male staff who I spoke with did not care about what I had to say. he told me to deal with it through skip the dishes but my goal was not to get a refund it was to have my complaint acknowledged so that Ronnie's could improve. Ronnie's Pizza need to expand to multiple locations...waiting 75 minutes for a delivery is unacceptable, but it does show how good there pizza is.It is the best pizza in HRM!!!FRANCHISE
Seriously, best pizza in HRM, reminiscent of Pizza-to-Go! on Herring Cove Rd and Pinehrove Dr in the 70's.
Fast delivery, great prices and some of the best pizza we have had since moving to the HRM. Sauce is out of this world!
