Looks horrible, tastes terrible. Workers were so rude there. Never had this kind of bad customer service experience
Good quality ingredients, and good menu and you can do order online and schedule pick up. If order online for pick up you best not to wait on waiting area and go straight to the desk and ask for your order otherwise youll be waiting for a long time. But once you get to talk to someone they are very nice and great customer service.
Absolutely horrific customer service. I placed and order online, arrived at the store for pickup only to find this plastered on their LOCKED door:Not a soul inside and no one answering their phone. I had no way to cancel the order and will end up calling again tomorrow to find out why I was able to place an order when their store is closed.I wish I could say this is the first time we've recieved such awful service from this location. We won't make this mistake again.
I ordered a pasta and bread sticks. This location has now exceeded “expected pick up time” by 60 minutes and the “extra 10 minutes” they needed, was over 50 minutes ago. Waiting with at least 10 other people whose orders are ridiculously backed up. Worse, this is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. I highly recommend avoiding this location if at all possible. Don’t order here if you have hungry children… there are two of them waiting in here too.
I’d give them a zero if possible. Order two medium pizzas over an hour ago with the website, got the confirmation email and order number. Was suppose to be delivered half an hour ago and when I call them, nothing but robot lady telling me to view menu and order online.

Work lunch was delightful, everyone was pleased and stuffed. Great service at pick up. For was tasty, fresh, and hot. We miss the delivery option tho ?
Dining room is closed, however the app and on line delivery is easy to use and convenient. I have always found this pizzq chain to be extremely expensive, however the pizza is always good and consistent.
Order was messed up but the manager made good by making the correct order and allowing me to keep the first. Rightfully so but still thank you for paying attention and delivering good customer service. I will return !
You've got to be able to trust the handling of the food you are going to consume. The lowly minimum wage delivery drivers can't be trusted. Better door-dash or skip the dishes to be safe. Never trust a white guy delivering food to you. You knowhatimean. Proud canadian but would rather live without diarrhoea and other digestive stresses. Mmm mmm good
