We got there at 8:30, sign on the door says they close at 10pm. At 9:15 I notice they took the tablet away to order food. I told them I was not done eating and I wanted desert and they said the kitchen was closed. There was no warning of this that the kitchen closed 45 minutes before closing. I paid almost $70 for all you can eat (which I did not get to do). I am beyond angry and I will not be going there again or sending any business their way.
Two of the chicken items we ordered were frozen/cold in the middle. We waited nearly two hours before giving up on the remainder of the items that we ordered and didn’t get. Service was inadequate. Waited half an hour for soda refills. Tempura items were not crispy or crunchy. They were soft. We were not impressed. All that they offered us was 15% off the bill. We were not impressed nor happy. ?
over all, bad experience. slow service. messed up orders. slow slow slow. never got the mizu role . i am beginning to think it is a myth now. too long wait time. deprived of old man. hand rolls r smaller. no robot cat.
Super accommodating to notes. Highly appreciated! Fried rice is amazing, not greasy, fluffy and filled with what kind you order (veggie, shrimp, etc.). Best green dragon rolls around! Always a safe bet ordering from here, reliable and tasty.
Ate at Mizu today for the first time and we were very pleasantly surprised. The unassuming entrance hides a huge indoor eating area, complete with a central tropical fish tank. The food is amazing and at $20 all you can eat including ice cream and salads we had so many food options. I personally do not eat sushi so I chose from teppan and spring rolls to teriyaki squid rings and chicken. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Halifax or anyone local doing a Costco run. Classy enough even for a business luncheon yet also very family oriented.
The quality of food, choices and experience has steadily diminished over time. The lunch menu is pretty slim now and the ice cream was full of ice crystals. Been coming here for years and I have to admit that the death by a thousand cuts is starting to show. Still an ok place to stuff your belly. Supper menu is usually much better.
In my experience most places the sushi in all you can eat buffets are average taste or below average; however I was so surprised that here the sushi’s were actually very good. I enjoyed all the sushi; However that other items like beef teriyaki or calamari teriyaki were not tasty at all. You need to be careful to choose other items except sushi. Overall it was a satisfying experience so I put 5 star as the servers were super friendly.
Amazing food at a great price, very high quality. Love the e Menu.
Food is prompt here and good value. Tried lots of stuff on the menu and finished off the meal with a fried banana and ice cream. Easily one of the best all you can eat sushi places around would definitely recommend.
Went twice in 5 days with my daughter and the food is so fresh and delicious
