Usually have decent to good service here, but the 24 Hour Drive Thru being Closed is always a bummer.

The only mcdonalds that doesn't get my order wrong. Hot and fresh food. If there's a problem with my order, they fix it right away. Friendly workers too. Thanks!

the new peach passion fruit is super good surprisingly! Very pleased with speed of service, quality of food and presentation.

Enjoy getting a take out meal after work. Did not feel like cooking and doing dishes. Service was pleasant, fast, and convenient; the food is always consistent and does the job.

The (must be) manager there is the most lovely person. I didn’t get to catch their name on their tag but she looked kinda like Maybe from arrested development? Anyway, kindest person that clearly cares about their peers and staff as well :)

Ordered a burger and coffee for curbside pickup at 1:34 pm. At 1:44 pm they still hadn't brought it out. I went in and it had been sitting on the counter for 10 mins coffee cold asked them to replace it. Their excuse was that they were busy!! This is their business, no excuses!!

The freshness of the food varies quite a bit at this location. I'd say the ratio of "good" food to "poor" food is about even. Sometimes you'll get poorly cooked nuggets and limp, cold fries. And other times, you'll get the rare and coveted hot and fresh fries and nuggets. Maybe even an ice cream too. Luck of the draw!

My breakfast can or cold. They replaced the hash brown with an even colder one. Waited another 10 minutes waiting for a hot replacement. Not even cooked. More of a soggy noodle consistency than a fried hash brown

Amazing staff, we got there 69 minutes before closing requesting $110 worth of food, they made it and did it well get job! See you next time!

This location usually gets my order right, the odd time they might put the wrong size fry in or something like that.Today, they forgot one of the burgers I ordered. I came back 25 mins later and they gave me the burger I didn’t get. The issue is that this was a failure in customer retention. A comp of some sort should have been offered for the mistake (nothing outlandish obviously, something small), but nothing was offered. I don’t put this at the feet of the employees so much as I look to the failure in training for the managers.Overall, not a great look for whoever the franchisee is.On a side note, while I was waiting for my burger (in store), I noticed the kitchen floor was filthy, yet all of the employees and supervisors were just standing around (it was quiet in the restaurant). I wouldn’t expect the restaurant to be spotless, but a better standard needs to be maintained.
