Fries are often soggy You always have to wait, always understaffed (in my opinion since the one taking your order will be the one preparing food etc) Appreciate the staff for doing their best though.
Good food, fast service. Cashier did her best, clearly overwhelmed due to lack of staff which was evident by the extremely dirty dining area. Please clean up the restaurant

They needs to change her behaviour (29 December morning shift) I don’t know her name first I was screaming hlo hlo She ignored even she was there. Then I asked for spoon to mix honey then she threw on counter which was so dirty and when I sat down, it was not orange pekoe tea it was something else. The fries were so salty I could barely eat them. The quarter pounder I ordered had no cheese and said on the receipt I asked for no cheese when that wasn't true. But my biggest complaint was the cashier touching the cookies I ordered with his bare fingers after handling cash and not washing his hands. Easy way to spread covid. Sure he used a napkin to pick them up buy I saw his fingers touch the cookies and I saw he brushed off the crumbs on his hands after placing them in the bag. Very low standards.

Terrible service....cashier too busy chatting with co workers that she cannot even listen long enough to take an order properly...failed to let us know there was no coffee and there would be a wait...which took another 12 minutes of waiting while we watched her chat and distract the worker in the back from doing his job.Macdonalds really needs to supervise these kids they hire instead of leaving them alone like this ...at least tge ones who dont take their jobs seriously...or even do it.
Employees working the Drive thru need to stop cutting customers off when their ordering( this is how orders get messed up). We ended up spending more time then we should have trying to get our order right!! 3 Burger meal deals, 1 with Chocolate Shake, 1 Vanilla and a Slushie.. Employees need to listen to the Customers ( if not business at certain McDonald's is going to decline drastically).
Not a full location and is constantly slow and under staffed and out of many things. The other McDonalds in Dartmouth crossing is much better
You should change the time that you open, does not open until 1030 put.states opens at 7. I asked Google maps to make a change to the site. Don't understand why it would not be open the same hours as Walmart since in the same building. I'm sure the Walmart employees would be happy to purchase coffee in the morning aswell as early morning shoppers. You would think the owner of this franchise would inform Google Maps they changed their opening hours. It is not like it costs them any money to keep the public informed.
