Closing time says 11 pm, I was there at 10:45 pm, they didn't take my order from drive thru and even the door were closed. When I saw through door, there were 4 people still cleaning up inside. Atleast, one of them could have easily took my order. I just wanted a Coffeeeee !!!!!
So when did it become common practice to park every single order that is in a drive thru? Came by at lunch time and I had to park and wait for 15 minutes just for two cheeseburgers? C'mon guys. I've done this job before, literally did it with my right hand in a full cast and was still able to provide better service than this. Will not be returning to this location again
Good to get a simple burger and refreshments. Don't expect anything fancy. Sometimes can be sticky due to lack of cleaning but, good usually. Can also be crowded on rush hours and staff could be overstressed - blame managers and company for exploiting employees. Overall, good for a quick stop.
Very slow service, not enough staff.Food wasn't very good.No condiments available, our order included no ketchup, napkins or sauce. It creates more problems for the staff, since all the customers go back to the front order desk to ask for condiments. They should have them out beside the drink machine.Restaurant is not very clean either.
Incentives for ordering on the app vs time it takes to place the order balance out if doing takeout.The line of cars around the building will all pass the 2nd window before a pick-up order is made...
They got my order wrong twice than they said that my husband did not order a drink when I remember him ordering a drink aside mine than I ordered Apple slices to be added on to my happy meal and no yogurt because I'm highly allergic and they gave me yogurt it was totally not professional then the girl yelled us

It seems everytime you go through the drive through you have to park and wait for your food and then they bring it to you and you get the wrong order you go anywhere else fast food never have to park I think you should see how these other place prepare for busy times wendys..bk.kfc ect
This place socks the food wasn't good this McDonald is the worse place I had been chicken was old, the tortilla was cold and covered with halls, bad service really please change the personal or put a better manager to supervise the food once is been making....??????
Service is a little slow which is typical to all McDonald's I've been in. Fries was warm (not fresh). My mcchiken patty tasted like it had been in the holding pan for a few hours. I could've returned it but not worth my while.
