Very clean restaurant , friendly staff and good food.
Fast and friendly service. Chicken is getting smaller and smaller yet the prices goes up. This location is updated so it has a nice atmosphere.
Disappointed for the fourth or fifth time with the chicken bowl, it's basically gravy soup. So gross. Should have checked before I left the store, fed it to my dog.
I just had the poorest KFC order that I have ever had. I don’t think we will use this location again.
Went in for a quick snack. The staff were friendly. They walked me through some of the options.
Service was great. The food is okay but not as good as it used to be. I guess I just miss my teens in the 60's and 70's. That was when KFC was really good!!
When ordering through Door Dash, this location consistently leaves items out from order. Sometimes 1 item, have had 3 items missing. When I pick up, I always check. Don't think I'll order from this location again.

This was the second time I had went to KFC Cole Harbour? I can garinty I will not be going back? I had bought a 4 piece meal dark meat for my husband and a big crunch meal. The four piece was so greasey and it was really dark like the it was set out and then put back in, the fryer. The grease literally was running of his fingers. The fries were coled? Very disappointed?
Josh and Colin went above and beyond tonight, the service from these two staff member was absolutely amazing,as was the food my only complaint is... Oh wait I have none food was fresh chicken was not greasy like you would find at most locations overall if I could rate this place more stars I most definitely would
