I ordered a 10 piece KFC bucket chicken. The cook inside this store needs to be retrained. I know it's not the same KFC taste after Pepsi Cola took over. Even then, the chicken here was sparsely coated with KFC flour and remained greasy. I bet they might be reusing the same oil over and over again. Awful KFC chicken and I might now shift to Mary Browns chicken. The service was OK but the chicken tasted awful. Where did the colonel's KFC 11 spices and herbs disappear? The overall taste was completely different.
I got one of those zing chicken burgers and the bread was wet and the lettuce was disgusting and the burger was so moist and wet it was disgusting and it seemed like they flattened it with their hands before they gave it to me it was squished. We'll never go there again. And I used to love KFC and I was going there because I hadn't had them for a while thank goodness I didn't go for my usual buckets. Cuz if the chicken burger was that soggy I'd hate to see what the chicken was like.
You have No way of contacting this or Any Kfc! you order online and even if you are 2km away if you are registered as a no go zone you can place order but it is Never Delivered! absolutely disgusting the fact you cannot just Call this Kfc and place your order
Horrible service. I went here last night around 6:45. I was the only customer there and I was made to wait over 5 minutes to get service while 3 of the staff argued and yelled in the back at each other over an Uber order. When I got my food, the employee basically threw the food at me. I ordered a combo and didn't get my drink. I get that this is a fast food restaurant and expectations are low, but were the staff really trained this poorly?
I ordered a veggie1 burger from the drivethru and was asked to wait outside for 7 minutes. Sure, no problem. After 20 minutes I go in and am told they are just packing it up and it'll be right out. Wait outside for another 7 minutes. Go in and they're just packing it then. If they had just told me they had forgotten I would have asked for my money back and left.After a total of 27 minutes I leave, take a ship of my drink and it tastes like water. Super super disappointing experience. I will never be back.
This was the WORST chicken I have had. There is NO taste to the chicken anymore. All you get are drumsticks in the bucket. What happened to their coleslaw? Again TASTELESS!! And the prices are outrageous. I am done with KFC!
If you ask for extra Plum sauce, they say you have to pay. When you pay for the Plum sauce, half the time they dont give it to you. Other than that, good!

Breading table is covered in raw chicken blood and juice for 6-8 hours (not cleaned) chicken is sometimes left to sit at room temperature 1-2 hours before cooked. Not cooked at proper temperatures, not cooked for proper times, not prepared properly. The night staff doesn't seem to care about you guys eating the food. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Food was ok, but missing items, no utensils or condiments. Even after askingShort wait in drive thruWeek later went thru again, and everything was perfect, well prepared. Everything asked for was in the bag, and food was delicious
