They don't actually deliver. They want u to use one of those overpriced del services where u pay way more and r forced to tip before u even c the food and know what the service was actually good.

I love the food but...this isn't the first time I got bad service but it is the last. When I went in at 5:30 there was a couple leaving and no one else in the place. I walked up to the counter and waited. The two girls were standing in the doorway of the kitchen. One was texting on her phone, the other girl wasn't visible. . I waited for her to see me. It took a bit but she finally looked up. If you could roll your eyes with your demeanour, well that's what she did. Then walks very slowly over and almost annoyed asks me what I want. I'd think you'd be happy to have a paying customer since I was the only one. I won't be coming back. There's too much bad service these days I've had enough. There were 2 girls. It was the shorter girl that was annoyed I interrupted her texting.
This was my favourite burrito place, but I will not be going back even for take-out now that I read in the Saltwire article that they will be mandating proof of vaccination for patrons. My husband and I used to eat here quite frequently. Never again.
Ordering was fast and easy. I wish there was an option for extra rice as a large bowel could fix a 3rd scoop. I only saw extras for meat and toppings.
The last time I visited my burrito had a whole in the side, and was not wrapped tightly. You don't want to eat a burrito with a knife and fork!

The food is fine. i was blocked on their social media for making a joke. they could have just sent me a message asking me to remove it but completely blocked me. childish company. would not recommend this humorless, dull chain. thye censor their customers!
