It was ok. Service was good. Got a Deal M.eal. Had to ask for the coupon for the sundae as I didn't want the sundae with my meal. It melts too fast that way! When I presented my coupon for my sundae, I found out it cost extra for nuts on your sundae, $.79 extra. And believe me, they waste any peanuts on my sundae. Pretty sure it was not $.79 worth of nuts.
Same awesome place it always has been. Even more awesome food then when my kids were young. We cane here for a treat after my big girl's first day as a VBS leader.
Very disappointed with this visit. Ordered a blizzard for my daughter. We were told on the last visit that the next one would be free because the employee didn't flip the blizzard over. We provided a name and number at the employees request. For whatever reason the information wasn't written down in the book or list or whatever. The worker went back and forth with someone and after 5 minutes of back and forth we were told we would have to pay for it and call the manager in the morning. Clearly a fail in DQs part and was poorly handled. Can't say I'll rush back.
I've been to this locations probably around 30 times. They messed up my order around 15 times lol Drive Thru consumers BEWARE . I order 2 Hamburgers and Onion Ring. They either give you cheeseburgers/other burgers and this last time they gave me a POUTINE, not Onion Ring lol Quality of food is good though when done right. Check your food before going back to work
Had the best Blizzard I’ve ever had tonight! Chunks of yummy goodness in every bite right to the end! ??
Waited for 5 mins for the car ahead to get service. They moved head in line. We sat for 10 mins in a drive thru without a word from the speaker like "Will be right with you" The car that was ahead of us backed out and left without their order. We just left and went to Main Street. Much better there for service. I'll just skip this location from now on.
One of the better DQ's Dartmouth side. Always friendly, quick and delicious. Also your chances of getting into an accident as you come out of the parking lot is far less likely than the main street location.
Ordered 3 items, all of which were made wrong. It was during dinner time but the fries were limp and cold. Burgers were old and dry. Not enjoyable. I'd stick to the ice cream.
Food was okay. Was missing an item.Not much space to eat in. Didn't see anybody clean tables and the washroom wasn't very clean.
