Got a Panzerotti from here today I order these from Alexandra's all the time never had a problem until this place first time I ordered one from them the meat was fine but they put the sauce in it said that's the way they do it. not true at all I said. This time I ordered one and they pretty much put cat food in it the Donair meat was a paste like you would find in an egg roll so I called and asked why it was donair meat from an Eggroll they said that's how they do it. I said again not true at all they argued with me I left it at that I will never go back. I added photos I must say I do get these things all the time from Sackville and never has it looked like egg roll donair meat
I ordered a pizza and picked it up. There was a miscommunication either by myself or a misunderstanding on their part. Either way I called them after getting back to my hotel to advise that a pizza I ordered was wrong. They made me a new pizza and delivered it to the hotel. The pizza and donairs we ordered were delicious. I would recommend this location based on the quality of food and the fact they went out of their way to make a customer happy. I will order from here again.
I ordered the chicken wings yesterday they were the most overcooked piece of meat I have ever encountered in my life.Certainly, extremely disappointed ☹️.I ordered from here all the time and everything is always delicious but don't order the wings
The chicken caecar salad was slapping! Will definitely be getting another some time soon, my girlfriend really enjoyed her poutine.The staff is friendly and offer great service, waiting for the food didn't take long at all,100% recommend
I think Their food is good depending on who makes it, their stuff is a bit pricey but I don't mind that. Their best stuff is their deep fried pepperoni, giant pizza pockets, pizza, poutine and their donaires 7/10.

Wow. Had an amazing vegetable pizza yesterday. The best in my life! Im actually not a huge pizza fan, but my boyfriend could live on it so I've had pizza here before because we live nearby. It was always good, but this one was GREAT. I'm converted! BF had a meat lovers and said it was super good. I wrote them this morning to tell them how much we liked them. They got back to me right away. They said this shop has just changed owners. We'll be back for sure!
This Alexandra's has gone down hill over the last year, or so. Staff are not particularly friendly and are argumentative/confrontational with customers if there is an issue.No consistency in food quality from order to order. I suspect that this is now a franchise and is under new management with poorly trained staff. The last few orders have not been to the previous standards over a period of 25 years.Occasionally, we order toasted donair subs with the works. With the last three orders most of the meat and 'works' were on one end of the sub - what's with that, eh (rhetorical).Such a shame. This evenings pizza pie shells were well under cooked leaving them very soggy. We will give it one more try, but are now looking at other options for pizza in DT Dartmouth.
Order not ready on time,even though there was 3 guys behind the counter not doing anything,with no masks on,pizza was meant to be ready when I got there,wasn’t even made it in the oven yet,also was not cooked to the way it was ordered
So this has happened to us three times now and as they say...3rd time is a charm. We placed an order for the staff at 11:20am to make sure we get it for around lunch time....12 ish lets say. And we got a email acknowledgement for our order...well after an hour and a half goes by we call to make sure everything is good and nope they missed the order and will get it out right away....just like the other 2 times....well it is 1:36pm and still nothing. So I called to cancel the order and they didn't care at all and never had the order started to begin with. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
