Good food. Very slow service
Terrible customer service!The person at the counter is rude. The Onion rings are terrible. It's obvious (in the photos attached) that they are burnt. I asked them to please make sure the coating sticks well to the onion but she said there's nothing she could do or guarantee. And when she serves the onion rings they are burnt and she said it's not burnt.
Food is good but it's massively short staffed with very long wait times as the place is used for huge pickups by Uber eats and Skip the Dishes. Awful experience.
Staff were friendly and seemed overwhelmed. They needed more support. Got my food and got my kids back in the car. Our order was wrong. I ran back up they said they had my order. I took it and ran back to the car. Wrong again. Super disappointed ?
Worst place to be here.If I have a choice of 0 rating I would give that. I m not the chstomer but I m working with delivery company.When we got the order for a&w micmac mall and when we reached at mall means at place they are starting preparing the order and we wasted our 15 min to drive to reach at the restuarent. And then we have to wait 10-15 for food. What the hell man wjy we get the time to reach the resturent and collect the order and go. For $6 we have to spend almost 40min behing every order. Do you think is it fair with us??

Extremely slow and the cashier let people cut in front of me. I've seen people waiting for their food for up to ten minutes.
