I have always enjoyed wingin it restaurants but I will likely choose another location before visiting kenmount again. Went last night about an hour and a half before close and was the only table there with 2 other friends. The staff were very short and made it obvious they just wanted to be able to leave. Service was minimal, and at one point I had to get up from the table to find the waitress - who had her feet kicked up in another booth on her phone - to request a refill on drinks.While my wings were great, the burger my friend ordered was burnt around the edges and raw in the middle. Additionally, it had items on it that were specifically requested to be omitted (not a huge deal as it wasn't an allergy, it was just picked off).Overall it was a really uninviting atmosphere with a meal that didn't leave a lasting impression to make me want to go back.
Friendly staff, great food....to charge extra for carrot/celery sticks is odd
The food was fast and delicious! The waitress was quick and easy to deal with. We showed up with a group of 5 and they had no problem accommodating us.
Sleeper-hit are the duck wings! Loved them. My fav Wingin-It, wings are crispier for some reason.
Wings were good....service was really good. Had my wing sauce mixed up and I had little more 'hotness ' than I wanted but no biggie. Prices were reasonable too...
The food is good, but the staffs attitude is atrocious. I came to pick up an order (in which they had my name wrong on the receipt) and I was met with a rude lady throwing her hands in the air and talking to me with a awful tone because I was trying to explain what name and number I had for my order. I was patient and it was a simple mistake, but she made it much more worse with her attitude.
Food was great, the kasamaci poutine had my eyes watering! Will definitely be back.
Always love the food but waited over 50 minutes for one wing platter take out, with a pick up time selected. Sat in the dining room with no updates. Disappointed here this evening,Sep 30/21
Recently came here for lunch. Wings were fresh and great! Staff members were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
