Wendy's topsail road is the very best location in this province. The location owner really takes pride in his restaurant staff and customers. It really shows.
Wendys topsail road , answer your phone for once!! I am not usually one to complain but we found a really long hair white or blonde in our portobello mushroom melt. Thing is…. The person who was eating the burger was bald ??. I have video , it’s baked right into the meat. Please reply!!!! ??♀️
I love Wendy's but this place is almost always a disappointment. The staff here are questionable, apparently little management oversight (or the managers are just as bad), and the service is the slowest in the region compared to all other Wendy's.This visit, their debit/credit machines were broken. Yet another disappointment.On the plus side... The bathroom was very clean.

Horrible service. They only care about their drive thru window. Hours alone depict that. Their Debit machine was broken at the counter so they refused to serve me for their own inability to accept my money or legal tender. Incompetence at its finest get a spare. Not my fault who carries cash in 2021 I had the required revenue and they were unable to accept it they should they even be open?
Due to short staff they closed hours early. They didn't post this on the drive thru menu and there were about 6 of us waiting in line without anything happening. They instead had the lights on, people walking around inside, and the notice posted on the window for pickup that nobody would have seen otherwise. Very disappointing that they had done this and we were waiting for so long stuck in line.
Slow service but the food is good.
This is my favorite Wendy's location in the city because the staff are so friendly. I have never had an encounter with a rude staff member there. Their food is always fresh and the restaurant is very clean. They recently underwent a renovation, check out the pictures. It looks great!!
