Spent 20+ minutes (little after 4pm) in drive-thru and I couldn't get out as I needed to be somewhere else at a certain time. Ended up leaving as soon as I could without getting anything. Tim's has been really disappointing lately, probably won't go back. Also many people including couriers going in and out of the store, no doubt adding to wait times. Might be an idea to stop serving through apps like Skip and Door Dash if you don't have the staff to keep up with the demand. Serve the people at the door first!Also, why do they never give you a receipt??

After we got the order through the drive thru my 7 y/o son said "I like going to Tim Hortan's, the workers are all so nice!"

This is the only Tim’s on my way to school and every time I go there they get my order completely wrong and I’m in line for at least 20 minutes the potholes in the drive through are so bad. The customer service is terrible, I’m waiting at the window and they just “yeah” and they never tell me my total. Absolutely the worst times I’ve ever been to!!

I ordered in Drive Thru, The stafff who was taking the order was very rude and she was getting angry just because of your language barriers as we are Indians, they need to respect others and take the order very politely without discriminating

Service was great but be careful when going through the drive thru. Hugh potholes that have not been addressed by owners. Struck bottom of car in to different sections. For a company that does most of their business through the DT, you would think they would look after their parking lots.

Very slow service. Staff don't even speak or look at you anymore. Don't think inside will be any faster because it is just as painful. Average wait is 20 mins . I pre order on the tims app so I can swing through and they even get that order wrong. No apologies anymore for wrong orders. I've used drive-tru, pick up and delivery. No change

The newly added photos of the cream of broccoli soup had a hair in it. Needless to say I threw it out. Is it my hair? No, im bald. Won't be buying soup from there anytime soon, gross.

I went in this morning around 8:45. There was no one ahead of me in line, and nobody addressed me to say they would be with me shortly. I waited while watching cars go through the drive thru.I finally was able to put my order in, two four cheese bagels toasted with extra butter. I went and waited and watched multiple people continue to go through the drive thru. Around 9 I got my bagels and left and went to work, because I’m supposed to start at 9 (and I only work 2 minutes from the Tim’s so I thought I had plenty of time to grab bagels).After getting situated at work I opened my bagels and they are both very burnt. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times only to be met with an extremely loud ringing sound each time.I will be going back after work to get my money back. And I now have nothing to eat. Never go into the store as they only care about the drive thru.

3rd time in a week there are no bake goods or bagels at 1130pm. Terrible management of this store.Also every Extra Large coffee cup has leaked around the rim.

Spent about half an hour in drive-thru no way to get out of line they were so slow must have been about 20 cars in lineup. I won't be going to this one anytime soon.
