The location on Portugal cove road is getting worse. We ordered two coffees but it took saying it half a dozen times before they understood... or so we thought.Get to the window and i cannot understand the guy at the window and then he charged me for two coffees and two espressos... I ordered one of the two coffees with 2 espresso shots. So they managed to fool up the order and overcharge me for it, when I asked if I was overcharged, the guy said yes and then said "what do you want me to do about it?" How about customer service? ?
Great customer service, staff here goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. Always fresh food and always updating their menu with special delicacies.
Excessively long waits and inconsistent food and coffee, sometimes it’s good, other times it’s bad. he app lists items that they don’t even have. Lots of problems here. I go over to the one on Torbay instead now.
Line is always super long but they have good food and drinks. Find it odd that tims menus aren't edited to not show things they don't serve at specified locations. Always pleasant customer service
VERY SLOW at drive thru, I was charged for an extra drink that was not ordered...I don't know if the issue is insufficient staff or just staff that need better training. Only reason I didn't give one star is that the drinks I did order were at least correct... But 10 minutes for two drinks with three cars in the drive thru is ridiculous.
This is TWO Turkey/bacon sandwiches. One after the other as I had to go back not once but TWICE. 3 Sandwiches later. The employee who was making the sandwiches claims THIS is NORMAL and should be given to a customer??? The sandwich maker refused to make another one and was super ignorant! As I was leaving I was told to ask for LIGHTLY toasted??? This is BURNT and not appropriate to give to a paying customer? DO BETTER!
I ordered a wedges with cheese n chilli. It was served to me upside down and leaked all over me. My coffee was best kind..Just a lil sweeter than normal.
Good crew here. Hiccups in orders from time to time when they're slammed busy but I've never had an issue getting things sorted promptly. One of the best locations in the city.
I was looking for. Arm braceletts. They sold for camp day. Call some of the stores they were all sold out . Call this store.they look for me in back of the store . They found some for me. They gave me at least 12 of them for free. They made a 14 year girl very. Happy. Thank u . Ur store is the best. Staff very nice. Very thoughtful.
If you want your order incorrectly made then this is the place to go! Come on guys/gals, getting an order right isn't difficult. Like who puts butter on top of cream cheese instead of spreading the butter on first...lol.
