July 10, 10:55 pm:We have gone there regularly almost every evening for the last 10 months, but we're never going there anymore after tonight's incident by their super rude supervisor named JANNATUL. We were told by one of the employees that we could stay for dine-in till 11 pm, but Jannatul shouted twice to leave the place around 10:50 pm. As soon as she shouted for the first time at our face, we quietly started preparing our stuff to leave the place but she again came in a minute, shouted at us and told one employee that “I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS SHI*S!” Even all the employees were standing there stunned seeing her behaviour, they were ashamed of her and we left the place immediately. Ruined our day! Extremely horrible experience!Have been regular customers for 10 months, just to have the worst evening of our life! Never seen any other employee as disgusting and unprofessional as her.
29th June 2022 around 11 pm.I went with a friend to drive through because only drive through was open but we didn't have a car so we walked to place the order.Order taker told us to order through the window, we went to window to order and kept standing there until all other cars who we were AHEAD of were served already.Order taker never took our order despite talking to the guy at window.We went back to the drive through order place and then he rudely told us to come to window again.The guy was extremely rude and he told us we do not serve walking customers, drive through cars are our priority...you are not.I felt insulted and unwelcomed. I have previously been to same branch and never had a problem. This manager had a really bad tone.It literally ruined my day. Students who do not own a vehicle should also be treated with respect.
Always have loved their coffee. Prices seem to be going up more and more all the time though
Drive through was fast with a large order I made all was correct.
The service is real bad. First i asked for a caramel cap they gave me a normal cap. After that I ordered a chocolate glaze muffin they gave me a chocolate donut and then i returned it and asked for the one i ordered they gave me a choco chips muffin.

Twice this week alone they had my order incorrect. I make extra sure at the speaker that my order is entered correctly. Clearly the staff are either overworked or they don't care to do their job right. This is happening too frequently to risk missing more meals so I will stop ordering from here.

I got my pack of donuts, and I was out of there in pure joy, thinking about my new found collection of sugar waiting to get consumed.
This Tim's is always fast and spot on with the orders. It's what you'd expect from a Tim's, which is always a good thing.
