Really enjoyed the Terre Restaurant and the exceptional service. Our server, Bel, was wonderful ...so accommodating and knowledgeable.The menu is eclectic with new items based on fresh ingredients. I enjoyed the lobster in a warm tomato salad. The potato bread was amazing!
We were there for afternoon tea. Despite a small glitch with the food (our dietary restrictions were missed), they corrected it immediately and then refused to charge us for the meal. Real class. The waitress was kind and respectful and kept coming back to check in with us regularly. Also, for anyone wondering: you can order a tin of Fussell’s with your afternoon tea, as the afternoon tea only comes with butter. However, the selection was generous, so you’ll probably be packing a takeaway box.Will go back!
Absolutely amazing. Cannot say enough good things about Terre. The food was incredible, the staff and service was amazing. Wonderful atmosphere.
The food was incredible. Smart, generous portions , well timed delivery . The experience was topped off by incredible billingual service at the table and the bar.It is a must stop. Add this experience to your bucketlist. I insist.
Food was good but wouldn’t recommend the $100 chef special. There was a large group of us but they only brought out a few shareable plates. I paid $175 for dinner and 3 glasses of wine and left not even full.
the food was great and the staff are amazing! I stayed at the alt last month and had dinner on my own at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and great at his job. I came back to the hotel again because I had such a positive experience in Terre but unfortunately it was closed for a private function. But I will definitely be visiting again.
Excellent seasonally based food. The bar staff is engaging and friendly and can mix a good cocktail.

I meant to write this review awhile ago but anyways here we are. Andrew provided exceptional service. Started with cocktails he suggested based on our preferred liquor. Both excellent. We did the tasting menu. Always do the tasting menu. Very impressed by how local the ingredients were and how well Andrew knew each dish. Beautiful oysters with the BEST small batch hot sauce I’ve ever had. The caviar on the bugles… genius. Lovely vegetarian options. The Cornish hen… DROOL. Every place setting was timed perfectly. Both bottles of wine we had on his recommendation were fantastic. Can’t say enough good things. We left veryyyy full and happy. Will be back again for sure.
Enjoyed afternoon tea at Terre - lots of twists and turns on the traditional afternoon tea with some real surprise flavours. Crisp service and tasty treats mean it was memorable and highly recommended.
