Horrible Experience. Ordered new chicken bacon peppercorn ranch sub. No meal. Sign said try it crispy. Asked for that got agrued that it was an option. Even though was on sign. Eventually they let me have it. Than my sub came to $17 whrn sign said 11.59. They said cost extra with crispy chicken which know where on the signage did it say this. Took it anyway and left. Got in my car to try it. Awful microwaved chicken was hard and rubbery. Nothing crispy about it soggy batter. We need to get back to vetter quality standards. Instead of this gouging
Stopped by this location to try the lobster sub. I was a bit shocked by the price (4 stars bc of $$$). It was meaty (though very very lightly seasoned). Bread and veggies were fresh and their staff was very pleasant, efficient and friendly.
I had a spicy Italian on Flatbread. Had it toasted to perfection. Always a good sandwich.
Watched a lady try to return her tuna sub because she said the tuna tasted off. She asked for another sub which was cheaper then hers and was told no sub unless she bought another one. So be cautious when ordering from subway on Hamilton road

Waited for a doordash order for more than 20 min but the employee didn’t even start making it. He was busy with drive thru. Either you keep more employees or pause online orders if you can't deliver them timely. We also work for money.It seems that their time is only valuable.Frustrating experience. Very poor service
This particular Subway is clean, fresh and bright. Yes it's newer but it still is a nice one
Customer service sucked...charged me more than the price on their menu board and when I questioned it they became very unprofessional. Wrap wasn't bad though lol

Always prompt service, especially overnight as it's a 24 hour location. Only ever had a small handful of bad experiences among many good ones. <---- My original reviewCurrently the place is a mess: kids running rampant with no masks, slow if any service at all, no indoor operation past midnight anymore... Honestly if I wanted garbage service like this I'd go to any other Subway; this one used to be perfection but then all the workers who made it that way left due to poor treatment by management. Shameful.
