Service was good and fast, The fish and chips batter was either underdone or just doughy and wasnt that enjoyable, fries were fine but its hard to mess that up so overall a cheap and fine expirience
had a reservation for 4 pm which was made on friday for today sunday for 12 people ,frozed to death in the so called party room,which hadn:t been vaccuumed ,waitress was so frazzled she kept fooling up from pouring too many drinks .forgetting food .and half hour in she tells my sister theres no wings .why so long ,waited over an hour froze to death and was not impressed,will not be back
- Food was not good enough, maybe because we asked for some changes to get Halal (no pork, gelatins, alcohol). Baked & mashed potatoes have no sauce or toping (just potato)- Only one person serving that big place.- Food took very long time to be ready.- Sofas/seats are very very old
My friend and I went to your Mount Pearl location tonight. We were escorted to our table. asked for our drink order. It showed up shortly after. Then we ordered. After about 25 minutes the waitress asked if we would like more coffee which never showed up. Neither did she. We asked another waitress about our order after 40 minutes. She explained that they were filling a big order. There were other tables waiting on food also. We decided to pay for our coffee and leave. The most expensive coffee I've had in a long time. 7.00$ for 2 coffee where I could of gone to Tim's and had 3 coffee for that price. SO NO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SMITTY'S MOUNT PEARL
Smittys is one of my favorite breakfast stops when visiting St. John's. My granddaughter loves the cinnamon pancakes, with extra whip cream.
Have been here before. Come here every year when I am in StJohn's with my family. They were very so in seating us and appeared that they were short staffed. When we finally were seated the waitress quickly brought our drinks and took our order. She was very cheerful and pleasant. Our food was somewhat slow coming from the kitchen, but everyone enjoyed their meal. It was delicious and worth the wait. A good start to the day.
Food was fine. I thought the waiter could have been friendlier. Prices were competitive.
We were served quickly and the meals are big. Lots of space when we went in.
Smitty's has great variety of food at reasonable price. It is a place for family and friends dishes. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
This was a wonderful experience! The staff and our server were great! Everything was well laid out, marked and Covid19 protocols were well in place. The meal, breakfast was served hot, fresh and delicious.
