Great and quaint coffee shop. Prices are high, but still less than Starbucks. It's a more home like feel here. Plus they have peanut butter balls?

Hot day - sat near pillar in the shade with my dog - not on patio chairs. Had a cigarette. Customer told staff. Was told by staff member to move. I know there is a by-law about smoking on the patio. There was no-one else sitting where we were located. What happened to “kindness”? My dog and I just wanted to get out of the hot sun. Who were we really bothering? I understand the by-law in place, but really?
