We were super excited to try this place, as the reviews were so good. We’re visiting from Alberta, and wanted to try a little family restaurant. We were essentially ignored the minute we walked in the door, it was busy so we were fine waiting, but we weren’t even sure how long the wait was. After a few more minutes of waiting to be seated, one of the employees walked past us to hand an order to a driver and didn’t say a word to us, not even a “welcome”. Definitely wont be recommending this place to anyone back home. ☹️ (I can't respond to the reply, but we were there this morning, June 19.)
I had a great experience with the staff. Very friendly people, they should be commended for their work.Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and I felt stomach sickness after my visit. Strong improvements can be made with the cooking.I hope Rustler's can look into this, and I'd like to revisit them again when this is resolved.

We chose Rustlers this week for our Friday take out!I had the hot turkey with homemade bread .The vegetable was fresh carrot and the fries were homemade.Delicious!My son had the touton sandwich .We had no complaints.Great friendly server and our take out was ready on time.Will def go back to try again!
I used to love the food here but portions lately have been too small for me to come back. Only got a couple spoons of gravy on my fries with gravy too hard to understand how someone can send it out from kitchen and think it's fine to serve
they treat there staff horrible it's honestly a sin
Food was really good and the service was excellent. The server really gained my respect as we were there for breakfast on Nov 11th at 11:00AM and she actually stopped serving during the minute of silence which I thought was extraordinary and showed a lot of character.
Great experience, staff was nice and the food was awesome.Pea soup, stuffed chicken, beef and barley soup and steak. All great dishes.
I went to Rustlers this evening and to put it mildly I Wasn’t to impressed. I ordered pan fried cod with mashed potatoes and veggies. The mashed potatoes were just like they came out of the Fridge, they were so cold. The turnip and Carrott was cold and most of the chunks were like they were peeled and laid on the plate without even being cooked. The fish was barely fried. I brought it up to my server and only response was( oh I’m Sorry) I ate a couple of fork fulls of the potato, barely any of the veggies and a little of the fish. Never even offered even a discount. Will never go there again.
As usual everything was wonderful. Had a great meal and the service was great. Will definitely be back!
