I am a continuous customer of Mr. Sub ropewalk lane. It is my favorite location!. My sub is always made perfect and the staff are always so pleasant and obliging. Always a great experience. Please never change your buttermilk ranch. The best ranch around!
The guy who served us today was so rude to my parents . They came from around the bay and have only had mr sub a couple times ever. They confused it with subway and asked for flat bread and toasted . Instead of just politely correcting them , he was very snarky and rude in a way that makes people feel stupid. And even though he asked for toasted he ignored him and didn’t even bother grilling the sub. This employee should be taught much better people skills, and should not make people feel less inferior just because they’re not from here .

The one food that has remained consistent in my life since childhood and still the reining champ.of Subs !! Footlong assorted with double cheese lettuce tomatoes and sub sauce ,gently heated !!!!!
