It's literally 2 am and I just waited 40 minutes in a drive through only to get cold, half filled fries and a lukewarm coffee at best. When mentioning the long wait time and poor service the person who served me literally ignored me straight to my face. It's not often I get frustrated with a restaurant when they're busy but what an absolutely terrible experience I just had.I spent 40 minutes watching workers move at an absolute snails pace with no acknowledgement what so ever of the wait. If you're that busy, you would think that you would move faster to ensure timely service. So frustrating.
I don’t care how busy you are. if someone mentions they’ve been waiting 15 minutes.. delivery driver or not . And your response is anything but an apology because you’re so busy. And you rather opt for the clearly classy response which would be to YELL 6 inches away from a strangers face asking if you can see how busy they are, and how many orders they have to do.. I’m standing next to at least 10 other delivery drivers waiting. Then give me the wrong effing bag. then maybe you should stick to one of your other jobs and quit McDonald’s. Clearly it’s too much or too difficult for you.
My food is always just barely warm every time i order here. If you order hashbrowns....ask for hot ones. If not they are soggy and limp. Especially early mornings. Also the english muffins are like boot soles. I hate they they removed the biscuits. Do better McDonalds.
Fast food... not good but fills a hole when you want someting 'cheap' these days. Portions are small and service isn't great but don't expect much from such franchises anymore. I miss the days when ordered were double checked and guaranteed correct.
NO STRAW ?!?!? NO SWEET AND SOUR FOR MY LIL NUGGIES ?? Usually this place has pretty good service but I went here on Sunday and it was absolutely tragic service and food
While waiting for an order in this packed store my wife and I were sitting at a table that didn't have any distinct markings that it was closed because it was the furthest from any other customers and were yelled at by what I assume was a supervisor or manager about the fact that the table was closed when it clearly wasn't. We won't be revisiting any McDonalds restaurants in the near future, maybe we'll try eating healthy instead of paying 8 dollars for a 2 dollar burger that they'll get wrong.
Like most McDonald's, they fail to get an order right. Don't get me wrong, we got what we ordered even if the burger toppings were completely wrong. I understand taking orders is a complicated task and we should just lower our standards. Even better, to speed up drive through we should just take whatever they hand us at the window. Not far off how it is now. COVID isn't hurting your business. Your employees lack of attention to detail is. At least when I make a burger at home I get what I want. Less frustrating that way.
My husband and I work late nights every weekend. I come to this location all the time because it's on my way home. Either they say they're not taking orders at the moment or give cold food. Just so disappointing everytime. So why be 24hrs?
See it is little different from what I see during Covid pandemic. I see many people ordering through online more than ever before covid pandemic show up. It does impact the business difference.
Long line-up which is ok, they are fairly fast moving thru, unable to make a meal with a egg Mcmuffin and medium shake. Rep couldn't understand when I kept saying just the egg muffin and shake. Cashier was also a bit gruff. Understandable as it is fast food.
