They got really good ice cream , mostly why I go here.
Not the best service lots of times there stuff is cold or like rubber and they never give you a receipt but when you call in about the gross meal they always ask for a receipt not good and some of them don't give you anything in return of the gross food
That’s was my worst fast food experience ever. And after seeing older reviews I understand why it didn’t go well for me as well.The staff is a gang of sleepers who forget half of my order, come back 2 times for it to be rectified.I don't understand why a more thorough management has not been done at this place. As if people who come here often or occasionally will never get good service because of retarted employees... sorry but this is a shame.
Ive worked at McDonald’s when I was young, so with all due respect, employees at this McDonald’s are completely brain scattered and just dumb.I ordered two trios & three gravy.Got charged for everything, however half of my order was missing. Had to go back to McDonald‘s TWICE to get this rectified. Sorry guys, but if you mess up a McDonald’s order to badly, I really don’t know what other job you’ll be successful at.Never again. Please train your employees!!
Boyfriend and I received burgers that were made wrong, even the printout on my burger had the wrong intstructions on ingredients. We called to get replacements as that has been standard practice for McDonald's since I can remember. Employee wasn't helpful since they didn't give us a receipt, so we asked for the manager who made nice and was very polite and explanatory. She asked when we ordered the food and for the drive-thru number which we did have on my burgers printout. She said we could come in any time to get our replacement burgers. This was yesterday. Today my boyfriend went to get the burgers and it turns out the manager hadn't even written his name down even though she asked for it and how to spell his last name. Also, their fries were cold. EDIT: Boyfriend just got back with replacement burgers and both were made wrong AGAIN. And again, the fries are cold.
I'll soon be broke because of the happy meals my son requests for, whenever he sees the Macdonald sign... and with the very kind tone he uses, I'd be wicked to turn him down lol. His brother will soon join the request team lol
Just kids messing around tonight. Food cold, irregular toppings on sandwiches, wrong nugget sauces, and missing items. Kinda horrible really considering I can’t eat one of the items now lol
This is one of the busiest McDonald’s I’ve have ever seen. It does take a long time to get the order but it’s always good. Never had much complaints but one time I waited 10 minutes for just one iced coffee.
They never give a receipt because they literally always mess up the order I have never once received a receipt even after asking for it and yet things like this always happen here I placed a order on the mobile app for this location not even a half hour ago picked it up and got home wasn’t going to open it there as they had it done up as a skip order for some reason so I didn’t want to take the stickers off at the time now I wish I had as over half my order wasn’t even there
They serve garbage. Served me a sausage McMuffin with burger Pattie’s instead. Raw egg. Thanks a lot
