Decor could use some work. But the food was solid and decent portions. Service was attentive. Maybe will get take out next time.

Now. Coming from Toronto, after a 10 day trip, I was desperate for some authentic Asian food. And. This restaurant in St. John did offer that. St. John does not offer many choices for Asian food...I appreciate the fact that this restaurant even exists in St. John’s!The price point does get a NL mark up though. Like everything else in this province. So. It’s expected.

This place use to be great. First owner is Korean with many years cooking professionally. He left and it is just bad now. No flavour and over priced - stay away if you've ever had real Korean food.

way too expensive and our food was overcooked. it didn't taste good and felt like we were eating rubber. they microwaved our food by the sounds of it which is probably why it tasted bad.the restaurant did have a nice atmosphere which was good. nice server. just wish we had better korean food in this province.

This restaurant is solid amazing performer. The food is beyond fresh, tasty and visually beautiful. The customer service is beyond friendly. Thank you for a great lunch.

Excellent food. Dumpling soup and teriyaki chicken. Large portions and friendly staff. Would definitely go again.

The food was ok, but I've had tastier Korean food in other cities. If you haven't tried Korean food before its a good place to try it.

Compared to places in Seoul or even Vancouver, this place was expensive while maintaining the atmosphere of a very inexperience place. No free side dishes, which is almost a crime in Korean culture. Side of kimchi costs $5. Kimchi Jigae was $25 after tax and tip and there was no meat in it. Costs $5 in Seoul and $15 in Vancouver. I'll look elsewhere to get my kimchi fix next time but not sure if there are alternatives.

I ordered take out through here and with the prices being slightly higher than other sushi spots in the same area, I was expecting really good quality. Unfortunately, my sushi roll was mostly rice with little filling, and my "spicy noodles" was actually a noodle soup (that was my own error for misunderstanding the menu). The noodles used tasted like Mr. Noodles, and they were close to mush, so I was unable to eat it. Disappointing for a $19.00 dish. Granted, the portions were a good size. I would give this place another try, I'd just order something different

Me and my girlfriend had the chicken curry and the crunchy roll and it was some of the best food I’ve had in St. John’s! My first time trying sushi at a restaurant and it was so good. The curry was slightly spicy and very flavorful I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
