This used to be my favourite KFC location in town because staff were so friendly. Unfortunately, I was served by the store manager today, which had ruined all my good experiences at this location. She told me that her name is Taylor, and she is the store manager. She was so rude, and she treated customers with no respect. The worst experience ever
Based on the past two experiences at this location, will not return. Twice had to wait over 20 minutes for mobile order pickup, seven customers were fully served while I continued to wait. This is terrible location for service.
Every time there’s an advertised sale for KFC , This location always adds an extra dollar to the advertised prices, I never will buy from there again !!
I can't recommend this location. I visited at a time when it wasn't busy yet it took half an hour to get 2 2 piece combos and there were 2 other customers waiting for the same amount of time. I got the impression that the drive thru was so much more important than the eat in customers that they just couldn't be bothered to prepare and present these customers with their food. I went there because it's one of the few KFC locations here but after that experience I can't say that I will go back.
Sooooo Slowwwww. Got in the drive thru with only a few cars ahead of me and I got stuck in it for 45 mins before it was my turn. No way to get out either. Please redesign the lot so that you’re not trapped when you’ve been there for 25 mins and only 2 cars have been served and there’s more ahead of you and more behind you. Please take “fast food restaurant” out of your description.
I ordered online. When i got there it was not ready and 2 people at the cash. When i got it , it was barely warm. I guess that they were too busy chatting to notice that it was ready. when I got it home , the order was not a incomplete order. When i called, no one answered, it just hung up. the second time someone answered and could not spell the info that I was giving. Horrible experience. I don't even know if there is a store manager for that location. I doubt it. Very poor customer service.

We regularly go to KFC in all locations but today, i went to KFC avalon and this guy was the cashier. I didn’t mean to post this review but he made me to. I asked him about the menu and he pointed me toward the screen and didn’t said anything and went to the back.This is the worst customer service i got so far from any location.NEVER Coming back here again
