I would not recommend this location unless you want to ruin your meal experience. They don't know how to cook chicken properly. They need to train their staff properly.
I’m So sick of this location and the food they hand out ! A 4 piece meal with 3 scrappy small pieces and a small Rib … even asked cashier if I would get two decent size pieces … he said yes and even wrote it in the comments on my receiptI did the survey but no reply … this place has been going down hill for a few years nowWould be nice for them to reply to the survey as wellOh well I’ll start going across the road to Mary Browns I guess
My husband and I have been sick for a day now after eating here.
This has got to be the worst managed store in town. Second time ordering from there, expected delivery time 45 minutes... it's no going on 1.5 hours and we are still waiting. Food was cold last time, I would imagine it will be this time. Skip Stavanger Dr location, go to Ropewalk, have never had an issue there. When I called, their customer service representative was quite rude and just gave me the run around, twice and let me know they JUST picked it up. Another terrible experience, I suppose they'll be closed before long if e ermine else is experiencing the same issues.Good luck
KfC on stanvanger drive has horrible service
Rude ignorant service. Dirty restaurant. Small portions. Horrible greasy chicken..expensive menu. ....by far the worst kfc outlet.
Had some difficulties with delivery, not getting a couple items on our order and they use skip the dishes for delivery, and they did not have another driver to bring back out the missing items, but the manager personally got in his car and brought the missing items himself to us.That was above and beyond and really good customer service. Thank you.
It was good had a bit of a wait but all in all a good experience.
Worst KFC I've ever been in. Used to be good but lately every time I go in they're either out of chicken and have to cook it(in a CHICKEN RESTAURANT) or there's nobody on cash, or they're just generally slow. Half the staff wither doesn't understand English and has to call someone out to translate your order for them or they're so under trained someone has to come from back show them how to use the register. I've submitted multiple complaints and never gotten a response their managers and owner Avoid if at all possible there's multiple Mary Browns in driving range and 1 in walking range
The food here is good as far as KFC goes. This particular restaurant seems to have slow service compared to other KFCs with there often being 2-3+ people waiting several minutes for their orders and, in part because of covid restrictions, a line-up of people waiting to order going out the door at peak times. Generally the restaurant is fairly clean.
