Arrived on a Sunday with a party of 7 (4 "adults" and 3 kids). Everything was horribly slow... Was an hour in and my 5yr old was starting to lose complete patience simply because she was hungry and still waiting for her meal.On the adult side of things... Drinks were ezceptionally slow, apps were ordered and one of them messed up (asked for no hot sauce and made covered in hot sauce), and the waitress was invisible for refills... Ice in the drinks actually melted completely before she showed up asking for refills. Our main meals were half eaten before the last adults meal arrived and then only did we get drink refills.Tables next to ours were left covered in dirty dishes and messy napkins for the vetter part of an hour after the people left... Great atmosphere. (sarcasm intended).I understand being understaffed... But reduce the capacity to what you can service. It's not fair to put the staff you DO have in this situation. This is my first and LAST time at this restaurant based on this experience. If I am spending almost 300 dollars on a family meal I expect more.
My friend and I took our babies to Kelsey's today! Jimmy was our server and made us feel right at home, like part of the family. He made our experience absolutely fantastic. Our food was delicious and service was excellent! Highly recommend their new summer drinks as well!Thanks for the great lunch, Jimmy!!
Today was the first time at this establishment. I will be back again and recommend this place to everyone.Singles, couples, friends and family all would have a wonderful experience.The server we had went above and beyond. Was so kind helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show he understood my question and did more than enough to accommodate my dietary needs.Jimmy was the name of our server and my husband and I will be asking for him next time.Also the manager Mel was so sweet and kind.Once again this is now my top place to eat in the st. John's area.Thank you.

Well we decided after a day of working and booting around town battling long gas lines, that we would pop into Kelsey's for their wing night.Best. Decision. Ever.Kara my dear you were pleasant, professional and just like one of the family.You went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my wings and I am so thankful as if my eyes are tearing up, those are some amazing hot wings.Great time, wicked service and fantastic food. Can't wait to come back
Took the family here last weekend, it was quiet busy, but our waitress was a rockstar!She came back often, got our order perfect and best of all we all had a really great meal, burger was on point, wife has chicken parm, it was a very large serving, enough for a whole second meal for lunch next day lol. My daughter also said they had the best chicken finger she’s ever had lol. All in all it was a great Kelsey’s experience. Front of house staff really have things working well. Will Definitely be back. We went last year as well, but our experience was lack luster that visit and we were unsure about returning. This visit has resolved that debate for me. Would recommend to anyone.My only downside to Kelsey’s are there are too many tables, dining area feels VERY close to each other. Not even close to 6’ between patrons. I know they “Say” the pandemic is over, but it’s just too close for my comfort currently.
First time visiting, server was prompt and super friendly. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The food on the other hand for the price wasn't so great.
Ordered the chicken caeser salad. It did not come as advertised. There was no cheese, I found one small crumble of bacon in the entire salad and I got not even a tablespoon of caeser salad dressing to mix in a giant salad. Safe to say it wasn't even enough to cover half the salad. Will never order from Kelsey's again.
We came here because our "go to" restaurant was packed. We were seated right and our server promptly took out drink order. We both decided on a steak special they were running. Our food came out quickly and both out steaks were cooked how we ordered them and delicious! We both enjoyed our meals very much and the portions we very satisfying! We were both very pleased with all aspects of out meals! Looks like we found out new"go to"!
Very tasty food and a good restaurant overall!
