Not too impressed went there today June 25. 2022. As I was walking in the bar lady met us at the door and told me I was not allowed in with my service dog which I have ID for. When I told her she cannot legally deny me. The response was I could go somewhere else. Not very welcoming for a tourist from another province. Would not recommend this place if you have a non visible impairment
Good food and entertainment. Live bands and superb atmosphere. A must see in St-John’s!
Great solo act. Very engaged with the crowd. First time on George Street and I had a fantastic time.
Got the chicken stir fry. Was quite tasty and reasonably priced. Would eat there again. Staff friendly and polite.
Had the gluten-free pan fried cod, excellent.
We visited one night for a drink when it was quiet. The gentleman playing the guitar performed all the Irish favourites. The bar tender Julie kept us entertained and was so great. Visited again tonight for dinner. I had the fish (cod) and chips and my husband and daughter had wings. Food was very good and plentiful. It was very busy when we arrived and we’re lucky to snag a table. Service was prompt. Same gentleman was singing. A very nice evening
We love going there.Been regulars for a long time.Ruby is the best and the food is great.Would definitely recommend.
