Delicious burgers and fries. The portions are really large, meaning even their "small" sizes are filling. They also have tasty milkshakes. One word of caution, they cook their fries in peanut oil, so if you're allergic to peanuts, you should skip the fries. If you're not, then dig in because they are yummy!
We tried this place for the first time a few days ago. Friendly staff, the employee even gave my two toddlers a free milkshake each while we were waiting for our food!The fries was great and the burger had lots of flavor. My only complaint is the bun being soggy but besides that it was perfect.
I tryed Five Guys for the first time today and had the hamburger & fries. It was the best burger I’ve ever had. No additives makes it delicious. Would certainly recommend them over any other burger place. E Luffman
Pretty straight forward burger. Beef patty is great. Bun was good. U can customize your burger as per your veges and sauces. Limited options available like hot sauce, ketchup and Mayo. Vege options are good. Cheese burger is a big burger and tastes good.
While it may be more expensive than other fast food chains, it definitely delivers in terms of taste and experience. The milkshakes are also amazing!
Went to 5 guys on kenmount road today. Ordered 3 burgers and a cheese dog plus fries and poutine. The food was good but they forgot to put in the cheese dog. Got home and found no cheese dog. Called them and no one picked up the phone and could not leave a voicemail. Very disappointed but understand that they were busy and mistakes happen.
Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Five Guys. I had previously rated higher on Google based on my first visit, however after two subsequent visits (including tonight) I don't think I'll be back any time soon. I placed an online order for pickup at 8pm and I arrived at 7:58pm to pick it up. Orders were going out all around me as I waited, new orders being taken at the counter and being picked up, yet no sign of mine. Yet, I waited.. After being told to wait on every previous visit. At 8:25pm a younger guy there looked at me and decided to see what I was waiting on.. I told him and he asked another person who told him that my order was in a bag, up on top of the shelf by the Fry station.. I assumed they'd only just been placed up there so I didn't question the temperature.. The guy apologized for the wait, but at that point, I still had to wait for the fries, and for someone to make the milkshakes.. Needless to say, our food is stone cold (from being laid up on the shelf for God knows how long,) soggy and an expensive disappointment..
Let's just say, the food here is very good. The fries are fresh and crispy, the burgers are savory and juicy, and the drinks are cold and refreshing! However, the prices are very steep. I know it's marketed as being glamorous fast food, it's really not worth double the price of somewhere like McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's. 10 dollars for a burger is a lot, and 4 dollars for fries is too. It's just very expensive for fast food. It's delicious, but not 20 dollars for a burger, drink, and fries delicious.
Burger was tasty but way to much grease. Could not finish the poutine as it was overloaded with salt, coming from a guy who likes salty meals. The milkshake was fantastic. Not worth the $25 for the meal though.
While my burgers were made wrong, they quickly made me new ones. While watching the new ones being made the employee made them wrong again and was quickly corrected with fresh ingredients. Have to say, good customer service.
