The food had to be the worst I have absolutely tasted! It had Zero taste! No garlic, which is the only reason I go there, to the worst Ceasar salad... scratch that...no Ceasar salad dressing at all. Paid $78.00 for a meal I could have easily made with the times flavor. Goes to show the lack of cooks and staff. Our last time there hands down!
Terrible in every way. A number of things were unavailable. After we ordered, the waiter came back to say the pizza maker had “fallen ill” and half the table had to reorder. Sliders were made with the free table rolls because they didn’t have the right ones. Various chicken dishes were burned. The veal was inedible. The potatoes had a few fries mixed in as if they had been taken off an old plate. The waiter was friendly but disorganized. The food felt as if the chef didn’t show and someone just did their best. It was a waste, we won’t come back.
The lettuce in our salad was so unfresh i wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Barely covered the spaghettini in any sauce meatballs were alright. I mean I literally whip up a better fettuccine for one tenth of the cost. First and last time eating east side marios. If I could of rated a half star or no stars at all I would of.
We normally do not eat at East Side Mario's but we were staying at the hotel and thought it would be something new for our kids to try. We went there for supper and breakfast. Supper went ok, they didn't have a few items that out kids requested but other wise the service was good and the food was good (except my daughters brownie was burnt). Breakfast was the real disaster. We arrived at 9:30am and were seated, they came less then 10 minutes later to take our orders. Then we had to wait 20-30 minutes just for coffee and juice, she did apologize but said nothing about our food order. Then we waited another hour, we finally left at 11:00am with no food or explanation as to what had happened. in fact after she gave us our juice and coffee she never spoke to us again. We noticed several tables that had come in after us get there food and leave and we didn't even get an explanation. We had other plans that day and still had nothing to eat and check out for the hotel was at 11 so we had to leave and go elsewhere to get breakfast. It was the worst service we had ever experienced.
Party of ten and we were all served correctly and quickly. The food was delicious and hot and our server was amazing despite our groups size. As far as I know everybody had only good things to say of the food. All delicious and reasonably priced
Delicious food, comfortable ambiance, and amazing people. East Side Mario’s is incredible in every facet and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time.The food was delicious and fast to the table and the atmosphere was perfect. I particularly liked the goat cheese on the pasta and the crunchy, well made and fresh Caesar Salad.I HIGHLY recommend East Side Mario’s!
Amazing food, very talented team, and extremely fast service. I'm so glad that I casually decided to get a quick meal from ESM. The service was spectacular, and I look forward to returning.
Absolutely ? - took out 3 grandkids and ate like little hogs. Food was tasty, more than plentiful with all you can eat starters if you have the room.Our server, Cheryl was a doll and hit the table time and again to make sure we were OK.We will return! A definite?
Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Service seemed rushed, one server made us sit down at a large open table, despite us asking for a booth saying none were available, only to have another server move us to a whole section of booths because the large table was reserved.
Went there on Sunday, Dec 5th. The place wasn't busy at all. We were sat right away . our server , her name was Tina, a busy red head was amazing from start to finish even though I could hear that she had a table of complainers sitting next to us. I could overhear her trying to accommodate these people. Sadly, some people should not be allowed to dine out. The service, food was exceptional all around. Kudos to you guys...
