Excellent people Excellent pizza like always highly recommended
I see no reason to not give theese guys all 5 stars. They are always 'always' on point even though the busiest of times. They fling them pizzas out the door by the dozens every hour crazy. My local mom pop shop takes 45 to an hour when they ain't busy at all lol. Not only are theese pizza making heroes quick an smoothly efficient, they have not messed up any of my orders, enough to even mention anyways.
Said my order was ready but still waited 20 minutes, no dipping sauce and half the size it should be. Cheesy bread... not happy
Good inexpensive pizza. Use one of their online deals to save a ton
Fantastic as always. Friendly staff, and the pizza is always tasty.
Best pizza place around with affordable prices ?
Torbay Road Location -Avoid ! Order some lunch for me and the girls at work. First tried delivery. Not available- not a problem we will pick up. Ordered online - tip included Not a problem picked up the order. Get back at work. One pizza does have any meat ( Chicken ) on it. As they are out. - no call no mention when we picked up - if we had of known I would of ordered something else. I called the store directly asked about a refund. The young man I spoke to wasn’t able to process the refund. I asked for a manger to call me back. No call- I told the gentleman I would be in at 5 when I finish work for my refund. Get to the store shortly after 5pm and I got Tossed from one employee to the next. Spoke to three in total at the store .No one could help me. The last thing they wanted to do was for me to Sign into my Scotiabank app to show them the payment? All tags were attached on the box My order or invoice number is in my email But they can’t refund ? I’ve worked in customer service along time and this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!
I literally don’t know at this point how can i even express my disappointment. These torbay road people serves the worst pizzas and their customer service is ridiculous. These people can’t even commit their mistake at all and make their customer feel stupid. I don’t understand this how they got hired at dominoz who are not even trained for pizza making at all. If someone want to ruin their money; then go to dominoz only!! Otherwise there are lot of good places to have pizzas.
Domino's is great for it's convenience and price point. They normally always have at least one great promo on the go. I would recommend trying any of their sides and the pan pizzas. However, stay away from their traditional crust pizzas. The toppings at dominoes are overall pretty good, and their sauce has a bit of a spicy kick that most places don't have, which is nice. Their traditional style crust, however, is hands down one of the worst pizza crusts you can get. The taste, the texture, the feel. The crust has no saving grace. One of the best things about getting a pizza is leftovers the next day. Domino's traditional crust pizzas are inedible the next day, I mean, unless you enjoy the taste of cardboard. Not me. If you get a pizza from Domino's 100% go with their pan pizza.
Pros: it's cheap.Cons: it's about a 50/50 chance they get my order right.Updated from 2 stars to 1 star because they got my order wrong on 2 of the 3 times I've ordered since writing this.
