Food was great Unfortunately the service was not up to par. A simple request to change table was declined based on it being reserved for another group that to show up 1 hr 1/2 later only to have someone seated there 15 minutes later was unacceptable. Made to keep your dirty cutlery between courses was bizarre to say the least. Would recommend the food but not the restaurant.

Took an hour and a half to get our meals. When they did arrive, only 3 of 4 meals came out and was waiting an extra 10 minutes for the final one. Waitress was nice and gave good service and even discounted our bill but it was pretty expensive for the food we ordered. After discount it was still $50 a person!

Thank you very much for the great service and great food, the deck was awesome. The staff was Moses and helpful.

Food was just ok. But took two hours to get. Very dissatisfied

Delicious but there was an hour wait for food which turned out to almost be two hours

While the food and drinks were good (as always) we always seem to find the service very slow whether it’s waiting in drinks or food. We come here when we know we have loads of time in our day but choose against it on days we just have a little while to duck out for a break.

Really enjoyed our time!! We’ll be back!:)

Terrific food and service made it a memorable night! I don’t go out often, but when I do it’s Cojones.

Third time, and always have bad service. Went this evening for my Birthday. We called early to ask if I could have salsa brought due to allergies. Manager was fine with saying it was no problem, but yet they came to our table and double checked despite me checking in to ask if we were who we were, which was embarrassing for my two guests and me. The appetizer we ordered, chips, Guac, and Queso. The chips were smaller than my finger nails and broken in pieces. Never even asked us if we wanted fresh chips. We also didn't even have cutlery to the point I tried to flag down the server and nothing. I had to leave my guests to get us cutlery. We never did get spoons which are always traditionally serviced with Queso as no one what's double dippers. I wanted to order guacamole with out jalapeños and habanero peppers and they couldn't do it, as they DON'T MAKE THE GUAC FRESH TO SERVE and this shocks me for the cost you pay. Sever said it came from a bag made previously too. After living in Texas for almost 20 years, never heard of non fresh Guac being served at a 'Mexican restaurant', let alone I couldn't get Guac to order without the peppers? I asked for avocado slices and the server didn't even have an understanding of what that was and then served me A HALF AVOCADO IN THE SKIN ON HER HAND! NOT EVEN ON A PLATE! Made me and me guests wonder how the rest of our food was handled. Either way, you don't serve food in your hands to a customer, as that's disgusting. She didn't even have gloves on, nor was it covered. The fact I could get half an avocado in the skin served on hands, yet I couldn't get fresh guacamole made the traditional way, hence no hot peppers, (I make it in 3 mins) shows the lack of understanding of the cuisine by the kitchen. To make it even worse, they served myself and my coworkers food together on the same plate.. and only one set of toppings between us; again not normal. You give each person their own sides/additions to an order, not expect people to share as such. We had a 1/4 little cup to share between us. Yucky! We even mentioned it to her and she did nothing. We had to ask for water on a consistent basis (along with other tables), had to ask for serviettes, had to request to get dirty dishes and glasses taken off our table, (table next to us had the same issue), we had to ask for boxes to take home (server never once asked us despite being finished our app which was still on the table) when our meal was finished and our cutlery was down for quite a bit... then the tops didn't fit for to go orders and the server told us 'the restaurant' ordered the wrong tops. So my guests had to leave with leftovers with basically opened containers. I worked twenty years in the restaurant industry, my former partner owns a restaurant and brewery in Texas too, and this place is not Mexican, it's Tex-Mex, especially since one can't even order guac without peppers. The place has so much potential, but they have a long way to go and sadly the restaurant is not accommodating and the service is very poor. Over an hour to get tacos and a small plate of fajitas is a wayyy to long when a restaurant is basically half full. This is a TEX-MEX establishments it's not truly Mexican. And their coronarita, was served in a small mug which is made for Irish Coffees.. and he glass wasn't even half marg full.. more beer than margarita. Didn't even finish it.

Had reservation and arrived to be told would be 1hr45min wait.
